I would give this location 5 stars, been coming here since they opened really. Best prices for cigarettes, nice elderly couple works here, get to know them, and show respect and they will certainly warm up to you :) However the 4 stars is because there is a younger guy working here and he scares me actually with his attitude, not for customers, stocking would be good for this guy, but not for handling this shop. I'm thinking the elderly couple (man and woman) are running this location, I hope they find another job for this guy in the store without talking with people. The elderly couple is kind, but this guy isn't and seems to be wired and his voice is rather abrupt. I suffer from PTSD, so that really makes me unsettled with seeing him when the 2 elderly nice people aren't working here. No issues ever except this worker, I know jobs are hard to come by, but really he should be in stock only, and allow the couple to run the business in the front. The elderly man and woman both, love them, but speak in kind and certainly they will warm up to you in time. I am familiar with the accent they have, I've been around other cultures of society. Give them a chance with a smile and a soft tone, thank you's and so on. I read the comments here, be genuine with kindness and the man and woman will certainly appreciate it. The guy that works there, it's not an age thing on my part with that either (neither are the owners). I just don't know anyone's name that works here, anyway, the younger guy, he's not really meant for customer service. I've done that type of job over 10 years ago. Typical scam experience. Went in for my cbd cigarettes which I get here at this location every Wednesday cause the prices are very very discounted. Today I went in and they tried to charge me 10x the cost I usually pay and then tried to say they were giving me a discount. Their discounted prices were more than what they had on their shelf. Wild bills is a glorified head shop. They are franchises so they make their own rules and that leads to gouging and unfairness. This company is literally the worst. But this shop in particular will try to gouge you and say it’s a discount. Shameful. But on the plus side, I’ve quit cbd cigs as of today. Only reason I got them was because they’d give me a heavy discount, I guess they caught on and changed the rules while trying to make me feel like I was getting a deal. It felt a lot like a garage sale, they called other employees over to try to tell me they’ve never had cbd cigs for those prices. I have receipts lol. Avoid these dishonest people at all costs. And if you do shop here, check your receipts...

I frequent this store front roughly every 1.5 to 2 weeks purchasing tobacco products for myself and family members. Spending $120.00 to $145.00 each trip. A month or so ago you changed how we as customers could use our bank card which is also a credit card. Before, I could purchase items with my bank card using the credit feature which I use for all my transactions due to the fact I do not like having to use a PIN number. I was told at the store with the new system that I could no longer use credit, is this true and if it is this truly is an archaic system. You need to bring the previous system back for I believe it would be more secure for your customers wanting to use credit only. I would like to know why you changed your payment system. This is the main reason I will not frequent your store in monroe mi when I am in that area. A response will be greatly appreciated. If there is a way to use credit with this system please let the store personnel know the procedure. ...
