Great farmers market with a safe and clean place in a historic district. There was a nice musician making announcements and playing a tune for a tip. We bought bread, some plants and a few other things and enjoyed talking with the vendors who all seemed very knowledgeable about their handcrafted products. Apparently this is the slow part of the season so some vendors were not present. It is also the beginning of a long bicycle trail that goes up to a national monument or park about 5 miles or maybe more away. But sadly for this farmers market that necessarily isn't the case. So many times I've bought produce from here that looked nice but tasted inferior to whats bought at supermarkets.
