Very Very very horrible place. I BEG anyone who is thinking of going to this bike shop to PLEASE NOT GO. they were VERY rude and completely ripped me off. Gave me a DEAD battery (checked by multiple mechanics) and blamed my motorcycle for the problems. I’m a New rider so I was looking for advice and help and they completely took advantage of me. Really regret going to this shop. If I could leave negative stars I would.
It started when I walked in looking for a peice on my bike and right from the start the man was just rude. Not paying attention to me just because I was the only person in the shop. Paying more attention to the news paper he had in his hand than the customer. Answered “no.” With out even looking my way. So I just left, disappointed.
About a week later my battery died so I called the shop asking about battery’s, my personal battery was completely dead so I wanted to buy a new one. Charged me $95 for a new battery and I asked the employee to stop by my house to put the battery in my bike him self because I’m a fairly new rider and wanted to make sure a professional put it the correct way. He charged me an extra $50 to only PUT THE BATTERY INTO THE BIKE. As soon as he put the battery into the bike he left my house litterly 3 seconds after he put the battery. Once I tried taking the bike out it was completely dead. After just putting the “new battery” so I called the employee & the shop BOTH were very disrespectful and just refused to come and check the battery on my bike, they both said IT WAS MY BIKE that something was wrong NOT THE BATTERY. So after the next couple days I took the battery to McAllen Motor Sports to check the bike and once again they told me the battery was no good. They put on a new battery and it worked perfectly. This whole time THEY GAVE ME A DEAD BATTERY. I paid $150 for their horrible service and a dead battery. Please no one go to their shop, really the most horrible service I’ve ever...
Read more"Tom" the owner, definitely lacks customer service skills. No wonder the shop is always empty! He's had a 2012 Goldwing sitting in his showroom for over 2.5 years. Who wants to buy from a sour-puss? For example, after quoting me $67 to change the rear tire on my Kawasaki (and of course I understand it's a Honda dealer!), he asked me if my bike had saddlebags which I responded in the affirmative. He insinuated there'd be a slightly higher cost, but to give him a call before bringing it in. I called today and spoke with an older gentleman who told me to bring it in. As soon as Tom saw my bike (a 2012 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1700 in mint condition), he almost suffered a heart attack saying, "I can't do it, no I can't do it... no I won't do it." That certainly wasn't the tone, and much less, the attitude I expected from someone who TOLD ME days before that he could definitley change it! You'll also find that his prices are much higher since his inventory is a whole lot smaller. So if you're looking for a crabby attitude, poor customer service orientation, Tom's Honda dealer is the ideal place for you. If you're not, check out the San Antonio and Dallas Honda dealers where you'll find lower priced bikes from professionals who really...
Read moreHowdy Everyone,
First and foremost I want to say the team at this business reallt did an amazing job making me feel welcome. I spent months trying to find the right bike, and when I walked in they didn't try to sell me anything. They simply asked, what is it I was looking for in a bike. I explained I wish to get lost on open road, but I don't know what I want. Instead of showing me their top of line bikes they suggested I just take a seat on any bike I fancy and move it around. To really get a feel for the bikes. After one or two they recommended me due to my height the Honday fury, and Honda Translap. Both felt extremely comfortable for me since I'm 6ft3. They allowed me full info break down of each bike and printed full list of parts available to add and on the bike. Unable to decided I left with info and planned to return next day. Once I returned I was greeted with warm smiles, and once again tested the feel of both bikes. Finally settling on the honda Fury a beautiful made bike. The whole process was easy to get the bike, and the team went out their way to deliver it for me due to my schedule with no extra charge. Really going above and beyond knowing I'm new...
