I recently had an issue with this store’s approach to bulk cards. Most shops recognize that bulk cards hold little value and either price them fairly at market rates or offer some flexibility to move inventory. Instead, this store charges a flat $0.25 per card, regardless of condition—scratches, bends, and imperfections included—with no room for negotiation. It’s a lazy pricing strategy that prioritizes squeezing a few extra cents out of customers rather than fostering a good shopping experience. Given how much bulk they still have sitting around, it’s clear this approach isn’t working. Pokémon was built on the spirit of trading and negotiation, yet this shop has completely lost sight of that.
Update: The store claims they negotiated, but what actually happened felt more like a bait-and-switch—after I adjusted my selection by removing doubles, they retracted their so-called “lower offer” per card. Haha, it’s not that serious—just another rigid interaction and performative “negotiation”. They justify their flat $0.25 rate by pointing out that some cards were worth more while conveniently ignoring that the majority were worth far less. Even if some cards have a market value above $0.25, that doesn’t mean their condition—scratches, bends, and other imperfections—actually meets that value. What I’m saying is, when you factor in condition and quality, those cards priced above $0.25 were likely at their true value anyway—there was no real deal to be had. Instead, they cling to bulk that no one really needs and nickel-and-dime customers on the cheapest, most unwanted cards. If this is how they handle bulk, imagine what they do with high-value cards. It’s clear they prioritize profit over the community. Btw I've had nothing but positive experiences with other Pokémon stores, where the community is typically welcoming and fair—but this ain’t it.

Read moreThis location is a bit hard to find, considering they just moved in a couple of weeks ago. However the tech there is very nice and very knowledgeable. As you walk in there is a counter to your right for any technology services you may need and to your left is an area for people to play card games and/or hangout. I took my Xbox one x in to be fixed, I was charged 10 dollars for a diagnostic test which is fine. I understand the tech was a bit backed up but I was told it would take no more than a couple of days I spent a little over a week calling to ask about the status and being told he would get to it next. Finally I got my diagnostic but the price to be fixed was insane. 100 dollars to replace a chip that costs 35 dollars. He said labor was $60. I ended up getting it fixed for 50 bucks from someone else. Anyway over all, im sure he has better prices for other tech needs, it seems like a good place to take your tech. Again this man seems very knowledgeable, and if I had that kind of money in pocket I'd would easily trust...
Read moreThe little store that they have is really cool. I like the location cause it has really good parking. It feels comforting to enter, the customer service was really nice. You can tell he gets alot of business for the good work he does. He also has little Magic cards tournaments. There is also a selection of items if you need anything for your consoles. Got my Nintendo Switch turned in cause it had water damage. They kept in contact with me through my cell phone. Sent picture of what was messed up and offered options to clean or replace if needed. Got everything in was looking for in this...
