I wanna give a shout out to Nathan, who was the one that helped me to be able to get a recliner in order to sleep properly due to an injury that I have.
So my Doctor or traumatologist told me that I have to rest my arm, my bones, that are damaged.
Therefore, I had to look for a place to, get a recliner and be able to sleep properly while I heal my injury.
Nathan was very friendly. He helped us get the best furniture that suited me or that is for the situation.
Nathan was able to explain me help me. The difference is between the recliner, swivel and gliders, he did explain us about the differences between the material the fabric and how they're made prices or any electric attachments that they have.
He explained me about manual settings and electrical powered settings in order to be able to use the recliner with no issue, everyone was very friendly, kind and great customer service.
I am glad I came to Lacks. Due to this matter, I am very happy that I made a great decision by purchasing at Lacks with no problem whatsoever because I've been to other stores, for example Conns home plus, and I had nothing but bad memories, bad taste in their awful Customer Service. I've seen the worst things happen at that store. That is why I'm very happy about visiting Lacks. I do strongly support local businesses, especially people that work in our local areas trying to help us.

It is not a paid review I dedicate my time to review stores businesses, restaurants, gadgets, places, events and I never had this grade service as I had here in LA CKS so if you're in need of furniture due to the reason because of a medical issue or situation or whatever the case, maybe I strongly recommended to go to Lacks to make a purchase there because they will understand you and they will be able to help you as much as they can with no issue whatsoever you're not gonna have a hassle you're not gonna have any problems searching on getting what you need.

Read moreWe ordered for delivery to our rental unit 4 furniture pieces and a bedroom set, including bunk bed with twin trundle, full bottom bunk and a twin top bunk, matching dresser and side table. Delivery was set for the following week. The delivery date arrives, everything is hauled into the condo, but when the final step of setting up the bed happens, some of the necessary hardware is missing. Also, it is discovered that one of the dresser's feet has been damaged. In the exchange that takes place between the delivery men and the warehouse, it is communicated that there is no guaranteed date available for the future delivery of the hardware and set up. We had a deadline for the condo to be furnished so we called the saleswoman, Lulu, to see if any date could be nailed down to accomplish our order delivery; otherwise the bedroom furniture needed to go back so we could try somewhere else to get the bedroom furnished by our deadline. Finally, it was established that the following week was all they could promise. The dresser should be returned to the store for repair and re-delivery on the next date. Now we had payed full price for a damaged dresser! The next delivery date arrives. The guys show up with the repaired (but visibly damaged) dresser and find that the bed is missing the extension to make the bottom bunk a full bed. Call is made to the saleswoman, another delivery date is scheduled in another week, which happens to be today. Guess what! The part never showed up so after a call it was established that the extension was never placed on the truck for delivery. Read moreThis is a great store, but VERY overwhelming sales guy. We where looking for the perfect table for our home. We look at three other places only just to find it at Lacks. We didn't even look at the price, we just wanted to find that perfect table and take home for Thanksgiving. I was already to purchase this table (really with card in hand). We didn't While in the process of seeking the right chair, our 1st sale guy forgot about us we decided to grab another sales guy. Instead of selling of us what we have already saw and liked. He push us to buy the chairs there and took us around the store showing us just horrible mismatching chairs that we told him that is NOT what we want. He kept on telling us that the chairs we chose at the store or any chairs we pick will look horrible with it and that it will cost more buy them separate. He told us the price would be 1299.99 for the table( which the price looked more like the dinning set - we did mention that is not what we wanted ) after being told that it cost half the price. Huge red flag. I'm in sales - this is called "bundling" in retail. I didn't want the set just the table. He didn't want to sell me what we were ready to buy - really we were! He killed our ideas and than try to sell us a bundle only. We just walked right out and never will go back. We were not treated like customer but more like opportunity to hit their sales quota.
