Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Brownsville

Went to the drive through, waited and no one ever said anything. I pulled forward to see if it would trigger something, then a little more, then to their second sign nothing. I read at bottom, drive up if you need assistance with your order. So I did. The cashier at window said, what was your order? I said I haven’t ordered. I didn’t hear anyone on the intercom back there so I drove up. She just folded her arms and rested on the window looking at me really annoyed. Silence, I said, “did you understand what I’m saying? I don’t think it’s working,” She said, “ well, I said may I take your order and you didn’t say anything. And I said, “well I don’t think it’s working back There because I didn’t hear anything and there was a blinking red ligh...t”. And I see her just turn walk away comes back and takes my order twice since she didn’t understand the first time, doesn’t give me a reciept and before I could tell her she seems mad or is coming off that way she hands me the drink and shuts the window really fast. Pissing me off further. I decide to complain but she didn’t give me a receipt! So I don’t know her name. Only she is about 30 with acne scars, dark brown hair no make up and medium olive complexion. It's pretty nice for the 1st time. I'm pretty much chill, yet I'm very busy inside that it is a bit overwhelming for the employees, yet they got it together. I sat and drank my frap and watched all the beautiful people in and out ordering to go. Not to mention the huge line outside. I really enjoyed the music they have a bit of everything. So that didn't bore me either. The only issue is that it is a bit warm in there, but common sense tells me the open and closing of the front door and not to mention the drive-thru window. It never rests always on the go. Even those windows are tinted it still a bit warm. And the 2nd thing is why dont you have the tiny chocolate sprinkles? You all used to have that now it got substituted for cookie crumbs. Really?? No bueno, bring them sprinkles back, y'all charge plenty for all coffee, fraps, expresso etc. So I'm sure you can restock on that... that was the only thing. But thank you,...

Ever since they opened up the Boca Chica starbucks this starbucks started sucking.first the 2 3 guys that were there before made the drinks perfect and were never good they were 10/10.Second Now the drinks are inconsistent, its never the same taste or they burn the coffee. Third. The new workers are rude. We ALWAYS ask for extra strawberry inclusions and know when the Baristas bs saying "their is extra inclusions" when there is literally only 4-6 strawberries in my drinks. You can see there are no extra strawberries.One lady who is always rude is Ana I didn't get her last name but we saw her today. Everytime we go she always has an attitude and tries to pick a fight when we send a drink back. Don't get me wrong we don't return them all the time its maybe a 1/10 chance that we send it back when Its really bad, but still lady you do customer service and are terrible at it if you don't like your job work somewhere else...
