1-year customer and counting. Great lounge. Awesome selection in the humidor, clean and well-laid out lounge, large TVs. This lounge has a 24x7 heated pavilion for customers. Very unique amenity out of all the lounges I’ve frequented in my 15 years of smoking. Most importantly, the regulars are very welcoming across all walks of life. Great spot for a novice at cigars wanting to dabble and connoisseurs. The employees and owner put their passion into their work and it shows. Simply put, never disappointing. The humidor used by cigar lounges is key to the quality of the cigars they sell. Without a doubt, Havana cigar lounge has the best humiador I have ever chosen a smoke from. The selections other stores have offered were often dry and old, however every cigar I've handled in havana's humidor feels freshly made. Horrible service. The “Sandy” working the evening I went was rude, brash, and obscene. It was hard to enjoy a work outing when we come here once a month and often each purchase 2-3 cigars. Some of our group had brought back cigars from home (which were purchased here) and were told we need to leave because he didn’t see us purchase a cigar that day. We will not be back. Never. Okay selection, but that customer service was too low-standard to make us ever want to give our money to these...
