6/3/25 today makes my 4th time. Shopping at the reopened, big lots. Which used to be my favorite store. Not only because of the prices and the selection of items but because of Jordan and his amazing personality. It was not there today and that was the point of my visit although I did shop while I was there.I made eye contact with Eric the manager 2 times today, who looked at me but didn't speak.Not even while I was at the cash register he looked at me again and didn't speak Ms Mocha great at me as soon as I walked in the door and was very hospitable.As she checked out the few items that I did purchase Jamal a lovely gentleman that was talking.Shelves was also very hospitable and friendly. Not only did he greet me, he.also asked if he could help me find anything which I thought was great. Customer service, I hope that corporate sees this.If it were up to me I would give the employees there 10āļø but do to this manager Eric who Is extremely unfriendly and also rude to his employees, claiming that he has OCD as he bosses them around the store is completely unorganized due to his lack of. Experience I found lamps in 3 different sections. I found cleaning supplies on 2 different ends of the store. Nothing is in order. Please please for the sake of this company and big. Went back to the store Saturday with my wife and daughter so they could look at the different options. When we made our minds about the different options we liked I proceeded to ask the sales associate ( the same one as the day before ) if by any chance they had received on the truck the set we wanted witch was our first selection and to see if he could let me know if our other options were available and he very rudely said to me that āthey donāt receive trucks everyday and that he had already TOLD ME YESTERDAY that they did not had it availableā. I explained I was having a panic attack and would be fine once I got threw it. Most ppl freak out when you tell them something like that but she did not! Others remaining calm during a panic attack actually helps the person panicked.
