Sorry in advance for the long review. I went to this establishment with some friends yesterday for their sons birthday. While the kids were jumping my friend and myself went to get a snack. She purchased a frozen banana and I was in line to purchase mine when she opened hers and bit into it. My friend immediately had to spit out the piece of banana as it had gone bad and was partially melted. I asked if I could open mine up before purchasing and the girl reluctantly said yes. That one was also partially melted and you could tell it had melted and refroze before that as it looked like when a candy bar melts and you put it in the freezer. I obviously did not purchase the banana, but they offered nothing to my friend who had purchased hers. The staff then started going through the freezer and realized half of the freezer was defrosted and had to throw away all of those items on that side. Now food regulations are not my specialty, but I don't see that the other half of the freezers items could have possibly been at food grade temp. All of the items should have been disposed of in the freezer. After that we purchased cards for the kids to play the arcade/ VR games. When my son got on to one of the VR games he said he couldn't figure out how to get it to work. I thought maybe it hadn't taken the card and swiped it again. It had taken the money off the card, now 2 times. It was at this point a young lady came over (mind you this was like 4 or 5 minutes later) and I was saying that we had swiped it and the money came off twice and we couldn't figure out how to get the machine to work. She then proceeds to explain that is because she has to release it. Apparently she was supposed to be working that section and helping everyone with the VR games. She begins strapping my son in and when she straps his feet in he asks if the ride goes upside down. She replied yes and he said no he didn't want to do that, so she let's him off. No offer to put back on the money or anything. There were multiple people trying to get on the VR rides and no one knew that there was even an attendant for that area. The attendant did have time to constantly be on her phone though. Lastly the group of kids were waiting to go into the laser tag game. They were waiting for the group ahead of them to finish because there were small kids in that group and they were trying to be polite because we had older kids. The attendant told them they could wait for their turn to finish. Our group sat at the tables by the laser tag while the other group played. Another group came up and was standing at the door and once the first group finished the attendant proceeded to let that group in. When my friend approached him asking why he had done that and asked for the manager or owner they said he wasn't there. My friend said she had just seen the owner a few minutes prior. The attendant then said "Oh you think just because he's Indian, he's the owner!?" My friend then proceeded to tell him NO she had known he was the owner because earlier that's what he had told her. The staff here are rude and will be the downfall of this establishment. There should be a sign that states there is an attendant that sets up all the VR games. Signs should be posted on games that aren't working so that people aren't swiping cards and not getting to play said game. (I seem a few kids swipe their cards on a game in the VR section before the "attendant" let them know it wasn't working) There should be a waiting list for the laser tag. The staff should be taught about temperature regulations on the freezers and they should be checked daily. Being rude to customers should not be tolerated when it is...
Read more#theflopzone Where do I begin? I booked the DIAMOND package ($500đŹ) for my daughterâs birthday two months prior to the date. On the day of the party, we were informed there was no room for us to have a party room until AFTER the 2 hour bounce time. We were told that it is company policy to only have the room for 45 min AFTER the kids bounce. This was a total misunderstanding because a 3 hour birthday party sounds terrible. Note: Every other party at the FZ had the room for their entire party length. Instead, we had to stand guard outside the party rooms at a table covered with our decorations, snacks, presents, kidsâ shoes, and more⌠while my daughter had her âpartyâ. I have no pics of my daughter with our family or me. My husband spent the entire time trying to deal with FZ, guarding the party supplies and gifts, or frantically decorating a room (that was quickly flipped for us after the first hour). The kids started asking for drinks because they were hot. (We had to purchase these for each of the kids.) Lastly, the kids had no central location to come back to and rest, find their parents, or grab a sip of water. It definitely did not feel like a $500 party, as I barely saw our guests. FZ offered us laser tag and bumper cars at the end of party, once all the kids were gone. Not once did a manager or owner approach us at the beginning or during the party to admit their mistake and/or apologize. I would not recommend hosting your childâs party at...
Read moreI took 3 small children to go play for 1 hour. The 1 hour plus socks cost me $70.00 which seems a bit ridiculous to me. I wouldn't have minded it if the facility didn't look run down and unkempt.
The trampoline area was decent, although there was a lot of debris and trash in the ball pit area. The toddler area was dirty and a lot of the covering for the furniture/toys was torn or wearing/falling off.
Half of the games were broken, wires cut, no water in tank, turned off, etc. And for what you pay to get in there and then have to pay EXTRA to do other activities, I expect everything to be in clean and working order. If you're going to run a subpar establishment then you need to charge accordingly.
I did not see one single adult working here. Everyone looked to be a teenager straight from high school, and conducted business like they couldn't possibly be less interested in being there or having to interact with you.
I don't see this place being in business for much longer. Of course, I'm sure paying teenagers minimum wage and putting no money into cleaning or fixing anything will probably keep them floating...
