Read full review please After frequenting this taco bell for the last two years, my family and I had an issue after placing an online order ahead of time to pick up at the drive through for a late dinner. My buddy was also with us in the same car and placed an order as well. The drive-through attendant was rude and told us we could not have more than one online order per car. I asked if we could pull around and pick up the second order after the first, and I was told no. Then I asked if I could add to my one order I had to choose from, again no. Upon reaching the drive through window, I asked if it is posted anywhere on the app or ordering process that you cannot pick up more than one order per car, because then obviously you would not know that ahead of time. I would've just put my buddy's order with mine and had one order total. She said no, it was not posted. I took my one larger order home, and then the order wasn't even complete. It was now 12:30a, and I was not circling back around.

Part 2, going to the store the next day to talk with the manager in person. Amanda is the local manager, and I explained the situation to her in person. She told me why they don't want multiple orders per vehicle to avoid 4-6 orders at time in one car, but that there needs to be some flexible reasoning at the order station. We had a very reasonable conversation, and she corrected what was wrong with my order and offered for my friend to stop back in anytime that day, and she would make his order up as well. This is honestly one of the best Taco Bell’s around. I’d put it on par with the one on E. Main in Kent. We started using this one after the one on Laurel Rd. Just proved over and over again that it can’t function. This Taco Bell is timely and delicious. The manager lady really has it whipped into shape. It’s good and correct every time. It’s pretty impressive honestly. But the quality of the food can be completely forgotten because of the one order per car rule. I don’t always want to pay my boyfriend back when we go to pick up our food. I like getting my points for my order and so does he. I understand they don’t want to do 4-6 orders per car. That makes sense. but I think two is perfectly reasonable. I don’t do drive thru pickup for this reason. This makes it super frustrating when we put our orders for inside pickup and the inside is closed, so we have to go through the drive thru where we promptly get chided and told we can’t pick up both our orders at the drive thru. I’ve had to beg them twice to let us pick up our food at the same time. One time they said no until my boyfriend asked, and then they said yes. As a woman, that’s really frustrating. I had a car full of people on the early morning of July 30th come to this drive thru. They advised they were out of steak & chicken, and we could only order $20 of food. We then asked if we would be able to come back around after getting our food and the person on the speaker said yes, there is a $20 limit though. So we proceeded to go back into the line, and the person on the intercom REFUSED TO TAKE OUR ORDER!!!!!!!!!!! Literally said since we are the same car, that we cannot place another order, when ONLY 2 1/2 PEOPLE RECIEVED THEIR ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we had another $20-$40 left to spend on the rest of the food we wanted and they REFUSED OUR SERVICE!!!!! After living in the area most of my life, and dedicating this taco bell over OTHER ONES in the area, i am completely UPSET & i will not EVER return my service to this taco bell. I would rather drive the extra to get BETTER SERVICE & not to be turned down for wanting more than $20 of TACO BELL!
