If you're looking for one of the WORST purchasing experience of your life; then kk's silver secrets is the one stop shop for you! I can say, I have never had any WORSE customer service than what this 'business' gave me. Lemme paint this picture for you, so that you have a better understanding.
I purchased a monogrammed watch for my wife on 02/04/2016. Confirmation of said norder was emailed to me, letting me know, that my order would ship to me within 5 weeks.
On 02/11/2016; I sent the company an email, asking if hey possibly had an arrival date. As this was a gift for my wife. I NEVER received a response.
On 02/29/2016, I sent yet another email. Telling them that I'd never received a response to my original email, and would really like an idea of when the product would arrive. Mind you, this is at 3 weeks and four days, from date of purchase. This time, I got a response. "Hello! Thank you so much for your patience with us as we respond to your message as we have been moving to our new store! Your order will be shipped out to us no later than 3-4 weeks from the date the order was placed. Your order has not been shipped just yet!

On 03/21/2016, I sent yet another email, asking for a phone number to be able to contact the company directly. They did send contact info. I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited until the time came to give my wife her gift (that still hadn't arrived) and was forced to give her an 'IOU'.
On 04/04/2016, (8, eight weeks after order date) my wife called and spoke to the owner. She informed her she no longer wanted the watch that we had waited four (4) additional weeks on, after promised date. But that she would like a refund. My wife was given a story of how the business had switched locations and they hadn't been able to get any of the orders out on time. She was told she wouldn't be able to get a refund, but that they would provide a 20% off coupon for her next purchase. She spoke to the owner of the company, and the woman, refused to refund her money. I then called two days later, and requested to speak to the owner. I was not allowed to do so. The very next day, I received an email stating the watch had shipped. Today, 04/09/2016 we received the watch. Nine (9) weeks and two days after order date. They even included the 20% off coupon, as if I would ever do business with them EVER again. Thanks for the coupon. I can use it to start a fire. STAY AWAY from this business.....    Read moreBUYERS BEWARE! Horrible customer service. I purchased a sweatshirt from this business. I washed the shirt first before wearing and the material completely knotted up. It looked horrible. I contacted the store and was told to send pics instead of sending it back. I waited 2 days with no response. I called back and was told my email went to spam, but they would look at it and respond back asap. The following Monday, I called back because I had no response and was told to mail the shirt to them at my costs with hopes of reimbursement. Shirt arrived Thursday, but I gave them until the following Monday before I recontacted them. They advised that they hadn't checked the mail all weekend, but they did have it and the boss/owner would contact me first thing on Tuesday. End of the week came and I had no response from the business. I send email through PayPal and waited with no response. At this point, 3 weeks went by with no response or assistance from store. So, I had to file a claim with PayPal and they were able to refund my money. The entire process took about a month. I will NEVER buy another item from this store. The products used are cheap with a high price tag. And, with their customer service being so horrible, I don't know how they stay...

When i reached out to them via Facebook i was told there was a delay in shipment for the product and a tracking confirmation would be sent out to me when order has shipped. Well everyday since i placed my order they have been advertising these bookbags and lunchbboxes saying "order yours today and it will ship out the end of the week" or "order yours today and your order will ship out in two days". However i ordered mine almost three weeks ago and still have yet to recieve any tracking information about my order being shipped. My kid starts school Friday 8/4 and i have had to purchase a new bookbag until hers arrives, which i still do not know when...
