The pizza is amazing! I will not lie. Their customer service on the other hand is horrible. I always order to go from them and despite the fact that i ask them how long it will take for the order and show up way past the estimated time, there is always a wait for atleast 10 mins if not more. Half the time they lie about the time it will be ready and one time i came an hour after i called in the order and had to wait another 30 minutes for the order. Today was one of the worst experiences. I ordered my to go order at 11am and got to the restaurant at 1130 since they said it wud take 15 mins i gave them 30 mins. I waited patiently to the side bc there were 8 ppl ahead of me and only one cashier. As i was waiting 5 more ppl walked in n got in line assuming i wasnt in line so i stepped a little closer bc i like to respect ppls space. Soon a couple tried to approach the register so i tried to step closer to hint i was ahead of them. At the register the cashier looked at us and said whoever was 1st so i stepped up and asked to pick up my order which wud take a few seconds max since i wasnt dining in. The cashier said im sorry for your wait to the couple and ill be right with u insinuating i had cut in front of them wen i had been waiting much longer than the couple. I told her i didnt cut in front of them and she looked at me and said im not saying u did. I was tempted to say im not stupid i know wat u r insinuating and i didnt receive an apology for my wait so obviously u think im cutting. She discriminated against me makong me feel like bc i was brown i didnt deserve an apology and i was the rude one and the white couple deserved an apology bc she assumed i was being rude and cutting. I kept my mouth shut and just left. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO THIS PIZZA PLACE AGAIN AND CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM HERE EVERY OTHER DAY FOR PAST 2 MONTHS AND STILL GETTING TREATED LIKE THIS JUST PISSES ME OFF. Employees judge you at this place from looks and I feel like rubbing it in their face that I have a doctorate and u shud never judge someone based off looks and make assumptions. Service was beyond bad. Was with a group of only 4 people. One pizza two salads and a stromboli. Well the stromboli came out hard and way over cooked. It would have been an embarrassment to set it in front of a customer. They completely forgot the salads not one but 2. The pizza came out right and tasted ok. When we told the server that the stromboli was way over cooked they took it back and the manager came out and the manger apologized then said he would have it remade by this time we had already ate most of the pizza and still no salad. So while the manager was at our table we asked about the salads. He checked and they never made it so we just asked for a refund on the salads. We set there or almost 30 more minutes finishing off the pizza and waiting on the stromboli. Still no stromboli so we waved the manager back over asking about about it. He then walked over to the cooks and no one even made it. I told him not to worry about it I will just take a refund. He did do that. But one little pizza did not fill up 4 adults needles to say it was a terrible experience and not to keen on given them a second try. Very cool atmosphere, decor and chill vibe. Customer service staff was awesome. It's really about the pizza, though, and pizza is really all about the crust. People have different preferences. But this is definitely NOT NY Style pizza like some reviews say. New York style does not just mean giant pieces. Got the veggie - toppings were fresh and great but the crust is just too thick, doughy and bready. Also, there was no char on the crust at all. Maybe the oven wasn't hot enough? Doesn't really seem like brick oven. But the dough definitely needed to be stretched more thinly. I'm tempted to give it another chance...although there were a lot of other odd things too - why offer Caesar salad dressing but not a Caesar salad? Also the Caesar salad dressing didn't really taste like Caesar. Also, we ordered wings that were supposed to be hot but they had no seasoning or sauce on them at all. We got some sauce on the side that was good but it would have been nice if they would have been tossed in the sauce. Like I said, may try again. Maybe just an off day... Good stuff on tap!
