The other reviews are true, you are likely to NOT able to cherish your ring forever. I have had my ring for 3 months and thank GOD for the protection plan that I purchased because it has been back two times already. To start, the initial purchase was a WRECK! My final purchase was 3500 and We put 2000 on a reeds credit card that I applied for and paid the rest from my debit account. I get an email from CreditWise a few weeks later saying I have a credit card that is Over max, making my credit account look negligent, and my credit score decreased as a result. They sales person, Leah, took it upon her self to apply 2,200 to the credit card, without the banks consent (I called the bank and the said they NEVER approved more than the 2k). So I called Leah, she suggested I just pay the extra 200$ on top on my monthly payment to stop my card from being maxed/overmax. I was seriously upset, after my followed comments she assured me she would get to the bottom of it and let me know the resolution. She never returned my call. I let it go, I paid 400$ to get me in a better standing with my synchrony bank reeds card. I was, in my mind, DONE with reeds and never going to turn back. A few months later (now August, keep in mind- I got the ring in May) my center stone became loose. Iâm very careful with my set. When I took it back to reeds (I purchased a 300$ plan to protect from things like this) LEAH said sometimes it happened depending on roughness. I was offended. I left my ring with them for a week. Came back and they said âok sign hereâ, meanwhile I am inspecting my ring because I ALREADY DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Low and behold, a new issue. A separate diamond is now BLACK! Something that wasnât previously there. So, when I notice this, the manager Patrick was there. I said â what is this?â He said âoh, not sure but we will send it back and make it rightâ. Iâm upset, thinking âgreat another week with out my ring after only 3 months and itâs screwed upâ. He said he would figure it out and get back with me. I then tried to tell him of my experience so far. I said âplease do, I will be honest my experience with reeds has not been good so far, the last time someone told me they would call me back- they never didâ he immediately cut me off and was like âok, ok Iâll take care of itâ I tried to finish what I was saying âyeah because they sales person over maxed my card so please make sureâ and he cuts me off a SECOND TIME and says he will handle it. Keep in mind I was the only person in the store so itâs not like i was making them look bad in front of anyone.... He didnt even know what he was supposed to be handling. 4 days later I called to check on my ring. Patrick said, oh hey I just have you a brand new ring so come get it when youâre ready. I hung up, oh thanks Patrick, for not calling me or consulting me about the ring that my family pastor blessed and that I was married with. Thanks for giving me no choice and no correspondence. After I informed my husband he called and had a chat with Patrick who all of the sudden treated me with more respect following that convo. I went in demanded to see MY ring, in comparison to the new ring, so I could make the choice and KNOW they werenât giving me a ring with different clarity/weight. I kept my ring, they agreed that if anymore issues come about they will replace it, but it didnât seem defective even though it has only been 3 months. When I did pick it up, Patrick was apologetic, saying he wished he would have known about my experience before that moment and before my husband had spoken with him. I told him âwell yeah, I tried to tell you but you cut me offâ his only response was âIâm sorryâ. I just want my moneys worth in a piece I can cherish forever, a piece that our preacher blessed and my husband put on my hand. Not a new ring. They said they did what they could......so in conclusion just go somewhere else and...

Good evening customer support In 2013, my husband proposed to me at the reeds jewelers in Florence SC at the shopping mall in front of the store manager. My husband and associates picked out a diamond all rounded set with the matching band along with his wedding band with engraved crosses on both sides totaling out at 6800.00. He opened an account with insurances at the time on the whole purchase and paid off the rings. Almost a year after the purchase, my set started to miss diamonds in the band and the ring. I had to take my set to the Gwyneth mall in Brunswick ga closest to Jacksonville Florida almost 6 times to replace the diamond in my set. The manager stated the style ring has a record with corporate of defects in the style and tried to make right on the issue the best as possible. I felt bad repeating this visit because I was getting depressed of the situation because I love this ring. I had to put the ring away for a while due to fear of the same incident of diamonds popping out of my set. I take extremely good care of my set but I love this style. Now my husband's band is cracked in the bottom and the ring is cutting off his circulation to where he can't wear his band for a long period of time. I am feeling like your company took our 6800.00 and destroyed my dream of having a diamond ring to cherish for the rest of my life. No bride should experience this kind of nightmare. These wedding sets are supposed to last long term. It's not like everyday someone can just pay 6800.00 and say its ok we can make due and pay extra for someone else to resolve the problem. The store in Georgia done a great job trying to make this problem right...However, my husband and I are disgusted by the quality and the waste of money on poor quality set we are wearing at this time. How would you feel walking around with a cluster ring and a diamond is missing out of it??? When you look at your spouse he can't even wear the band because the quality of the band is not made to its name??? We have endured this nightmare long enough. When I spoke with the store an associate told us they will take back the ring but we would have to pay the difference for another style because the value of my style ring was popular??? After my husband just paid 6800.00??? No we will not be in convinced anymore. I am the bride and my husband has been ripped off of our dream. And I will not wear this flawed ring no longer. I ask that your company make this right...this is very sad and stressful because I loved this ring and I tried to compromise but I shouldn't have to being the customer. If you guys fail to replace all rings under my husband's account due to the poor quality and inconvenience of traveling back and forth to Georgia for a horrible wedding set and a waste of out money, I will be left with no choice but to contact the military installments and let them know not to purchase faulty products from your company, contact my local news investigation channel to inform the public about our experience and have my relative who practices business law to file a lawsuit against your company for punitive damages and the money spent on the purchase on my husband's active account, last but not least contact the better business Bureau and file a complaint with them about our purchase then tell my story and show my followers on my social media our rings and tell our testimony about our wedding sets and getting duped on something special that was ruined since 2013. I don't want to go there but we shouldn't have to spend another dime when you pay good money for a great memory leading to a...
Read moreOn a recent visit to the area I needed to have some links removed from a bracelet style watch I received from my father. I encountered Reeds Jewelers and spoke with Patrick and Leeah. The two of them couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They offered my wife and I a beverage to go along with the cheese, fruit and crackers they had placed out for their guests. As Patrick sized my wrist, I also realized the watch needed a new battery. In less than 3 minutes he had removed the links and replaced the watch battery. It was an amazing display as all the while he was working on my watch he was also engaging me in conversation. The capper was when he was done and I asked him, how much he said no charge. Being from Chicago this is unheard of. He just asked that if I was ever considering a new purchase that I give him a call. I will certainly do that as I need to replace my wife's wedding ring and Reeds will be the first place I call. Thanks to all who made our visit such an enjoyable one. If you're in the area, you have to visit...
