Solely putting this up here because if you work there they honestly only train you 2x on register before fully trusting you alone to count money if you go for closer. That’s not smart nor a good idea. When I went in for the interview, I didn’t get any chance at filling OUT an hiring form. It was a walk in. Take my number down since they didn’t make copies of their paperwork made to have applicants fill out, which I understand but to have me come in same day then work and same day get hired is crazy to me. The owner had me take fill out all that paperwork and information the first day I was working, expecting me to have that done during the same time as I’m working with customers. Common sense tells you that customers come first, but owner would also call me during my shift while customers were actively coming in through the drive and the door, which would take away from having two workers and having one run the whole store if you answer the call. To also mention, the training has a lot of gaps. I had to ask my first week where everything was still but the owner seemed upset that I didn’t know. Along side they full heartedly have people quit because of the hours given and how they only have one person running the end and start of the day. To which I was told on my first day of training. By the person (who was moving jobs) training me. To have someone tell you that first day of training is definitely not a good sign for newcomers. Not to mention I was talked over for most of my interview, I didn’t get much chance to explain my work background nor my experiences in each department needed for working there. I'm sensitive to fragrance but even my partner, who is not, recoiled when I came home. It has clung to me after washing and for hours since my visit. I was inside for a maximum of 90 seconds. When people say they are gluten free it means they can’t have gluten. So when you put pretzels on their drinks and go around the corner and pick them off there is still gluten in the drink. People have serious allergies and get super sick. It could have been an easy fix. Thankfully I don’t have anaphylactic shock and can have cross contamination but...
