We were in Bryan, OH for a very short time today, we decided to have their Pizza Hut Buffet seeing that our Pizza Hut in Auburn, IN no longer offers it. Very small restaurant. Our server was super sweet & attentive. However, the pizza took so LONG to hit the buffet. The first set of pizzas were placed 15 minutes after us sitting at 11:30am, gone in 5 minutes of being placed. By now the dining room is getting filled up, after church lunch. 4 pizzas 30 minutes later & 4 more pizzas 30 minutes after that. People standing around waiting buffet stand for pizza. The buffet was never full until we were about to leave at 1pm. SUPER SLOW. There were several guests that kept asking if pizza would come out, the servers just kept saying we have more in the oven it will be out soon. Thereâs no need to not have pizza on the buffet at all times. For a $12.00 buffet meal per person, keep pizza on the buffet. Another thing, they were NOT participating in the FIFO. I watched numerous servers dumping FRESH bread sticks & cinnamon sticks on top of the old. Salad bar was good, what they had of it. They had no tomatoes, bacon bits, onion & many more veggies that were lacking. No cottage cheese, pudding, jello etc. The sugar caddies need cleaned, super nasty & sticky. Now, letâs talk about the womenâs restroom. Gross. The floor is super greasy, light in the stall doesnât work, itâs pitch black in there doing your thing. The sink faucet had gunk coming out from underneath it. Trash can was super full for the restaurant just opening. The restaurant needs a Major updating. The seats are all worn down, so many of the booths had some major damage to them. Rips and tears. Stains in the fabrics in the booths. Our over all experience...
   Read moreThis location is terrible. On 1 visit i had ordered a Pizzone and the thing was nothing but crust and a tiny bit of cheese lining the bottom. I have ordered them multiple times from multiple locations and they never were like this. The manager told me thats how they always are.
Fast forward to later when I decided that I really wanted a pizzone again and i get my order and everything looks good. Its actually full with cheese and pepperoni. But i was not given any marinara sauce with it. As sauce doesnt come in them this frusterated me. I ordered breadsticks and just used that marinara instead of complaining. However after taking 2 bites i opened it up and the entire top half of the crust was nothing but uncooked dough. This is ridiculous. It cant be that hard to cook the dough thoroughly. Going back for a refund and will NEVER eat here again. Stick with Marcos or Myros. Better pizza, better service, less frustration.
Update: After going back the manager apologized profusely gave me a full refund and he kept the ovens on after they closed to remake my order. He said that a lot of the staff there is new and he was only just hired in as well. It was made right and i appreciate it greatly.    Read moreToday I went in to pick up a doordash. I stood there for 5 minutes with a waitress working on the computer. She saw me, but didn't acknowledge me at all. She walked to the back of the restaurant, came back, seeing me still standing there, and again no acknowledgement. At this point I yelled back to the kitchen, simply saying "Hello"., when the woman who must have been jn charge at the moment, came barreling up and said " hey! You wanna yell in my store, I will ban you from it! You weren't standing here that long!!" I was pretty aggravated by her , and expressed how it would have been nice for the other employee to at least acknowledge me. She said " she is new and learning the computer, so she doesn't know to talk to you yet" WHAT?? That is just common sense that if you can't take care or a customer, you at least acknowledge them, I am timed when I do this job" She walked away, letting me get my order, but then walked to the door and said " what is your name? I will make sure you never come in here again" .....my response....I DON'T EAT HERE ANYWAY! IT GIVES ME THE SCOOTS!"
