Roughly 2 years ago I ordered aviator style glasses with bifocal lenses. When I received my glasses I assumed everything was good...wrong! They put the bifocal part at the very bottom of the lenses making them VERY uncomfortable to use. I guess I should have checked them when they handed them to me, I didn't, (dumb mistake on my part). But you would think an eyeglass provider would know better. I am the owner of a pair of glasses I can't use. If I could rate zero stars I would. They texted me and I told them about my glasses and they did not offer to fix or replace them. And after all this, they still send me texts and cards in the mail inviting me to return. I WILL NOT!!! I admit my fault in this situation, they ignore...

I want to give a shout out to my friend and favorite eye doctor..... Dr. Tara Richmond. She is absolutely the best!!! I trust her with my sight. I have healed from an eye infection in one eye just yesterday, only to now have the same infection in my other eye. Well, Dr. Richmond was able to call in a prescription to my pharmacy from the golf course! She is spending time with her family, and cares enough to help me in my time of need.... immediately. Northwest Ohio Vision Center in Bryan is just an amazing place. I buy all of my eyeglasses from that office. It consists of a very caring staff and client experience. Client for life...

My experience was definitely a positive one. It was easy to schedule an eye exam, I was able to get an appt. within a few days/week. The prescreen tech was amazing and walked me through everything. Dr Y, was friendly, down to earth and very professional. Last but not least I want to mention Lisa. She was absolutely amazing as well.
