Ok I have read all the reviews as far back as 7 years ago so I have come to the conclusion that this laundry matt has had broken machines run down building rude staff and cockroachs for as far back as 7 years ago so I went there to see for my self it was very busy Monday afternoon 2 weeks ago today I got right in got a 40 lb washer for $5.75 wich is a great deal if it works witch it did started slow with the water going in but in just a min min and a half it took right off. Cloths came out clean and relatively spun out split my clothes up into 2 dryers put a dollar in each one and let them go and I was very surprised those dryers got hit I mean hot after about 16 min I was able to pull my clothes out and give the remaining 6 to 7 min to the young couple next to me witch helpfully help them complete there drying was glad to help so overall good wash great dry but the lady working was some kind of rude seemed a little slow but on a power trip from hell she was so quick to order people about and try to express here authority and look at me I'm in charge attitude I tried not to make eye contact get my laundry done and get out. Bryan needs a new Laundromat...this place is dirty. The inside of washer door seals are spotted with who knows what type of dirt or grease. MOLD is the smell of these machines. Doing my laundry today, I chose Bryan on my travels for my business. BAD choice because the machine I used for doing my whites destroyed 2 shirts (1 new), a couple pillowcases, 2 sheets, and a pair of white socks....with black, dirty-looking spots. I brought it to the ladies attention at the counter, who acted like she could have cared less, and it was made known that the washers "don't get cleaned" with any type of cleaner, but only the lids and door areas 'get wiped.' When I was leaving, my old, rusty cart that was hauling all my folded and hung laundry tripped on the rough pavement, and down went the cart with my clothes tumbling on the ground. My shins landed right on with the cart parts, and then and there, I decided to never come back to this place again. I would give this place a '0 Star' rating, if that...

My wife just called me and said that they were charging us $60 for our bed sheets and four blankets, I was told it was $1 Wash & Fold Per Pound and when my wife dropped it off at 1:30pm today the lady said it would be $2 per pound for bedding so we went ahead and did it I actually I weighed my stuff before taking it there and it was about 11 pounds so I would be cool if it cost $25 but when my wife went to pick it up the lady said it would be $67 and they only take cash. Now they have all are bedding. This place should be out off business treating customers like this. I feel like I should call the police or something it's downright theft! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS...
