I bought a fridge from direct linq 4 years ago and bought the extended warranty the other fridge ice maker and water dispenser quit working back in December so I called the warranty company that direct linq sold the warranty through and they said they had no record of my warranty so I called direct linq and they sent someone out to fix it. They ordered the parts to fix it and they told me they were on backorder so I kept in contact with them and in June I finally cfix my fridge alled Samsung about the parts and they said they were not on backorder so I called direct linq and told them that and they still told me that they were on backorder so I waited another 2 weeks and called them back and told I was going to contact a lawyer before they finally replaced the fridge I will never...

No help what so ever from the workers there and my father had to call back 2 times to get to speak with someone all to waste his time and they werent going to come out and look at it or come get it.
