Subway — Restaurant in Bryan

This store doesn't allow ordering online offers or discounts. They do take paper coupons. This happen in other towns in this area. My personal view is if your going to be a franchise then unfortunately advertising done for all the Subways should be honored. Its thevold bait and switch. So we dined inside. It was clean and employees were busy stocking and cleaning front of store. The sandwich was a tuna or I should say a vegetarian sandwich because there was such little tuna I had to open and look twice to see if it was even on the sandwich. Very rude because we came in at 8:45 and it says they close at 10 on the website and on the door. The girl that took our order at first seemed very annoyed that we came in as they were already putting everything away and she had to put everything out again. If the hours are not right maybe make sure they are so your customers are not treated poorly. I feel bad for the guy that was working with her because her attitude was very poor and rude. And not to mention they are very very bad about veggies and not giving you as much as they should. I always get a veggie sub and seems like it keeps getting skinner and skinner each time I get it. Went in there today(06-12-17) and walked in and there was no one waiting in line. My boyfriend and I stood there for 3 mins as the worker stood there scrubbing the oven. She did not stop to say hello, instead she thought the other worker was going to come out and they never did. She never had a smile on her face and when rang out, she never told us to have a good day or to come back. Why is it so hard for people to do their job and just be friendly. The two stars are for customer service......
