I usually have a great experience here and get to talk to a couple cool down to earth and knowledgeable people.
Unfortunately I’ve run into a woman that works here that just does not want to help with the most simplest things. Tried to trade in a sealed game (which come to find out cannot be done because corporate says they can’t due to it possibly being a stolen video game and I wasn’t aware or even told that was the reason) and she just wouldn’t do it. Even if I opened it in front of her. Okay whatever no big deal.
Went in today to exchange a game I ordered online brand new that came in a bent box. I was told she could return it but have to order it online again due to no stock being available. Cool no problem let’s do it. Then she proceeds to tell me that the price of the game has gone up so I’d have to pay even more to get the game even though I was trying to exchange it. How does that make sense? Literally any business I can think of simply just takes the item back and reorders it regardless of price. Basically if you’ve got even a slight problem just PRAY this girl isn’t working. I wish I could remember her name to warn others to just go back another day.

Read moreI called this store yesterday afternoon. I asked the employee if they had a Xbox series S. She said “yes we have 1 for $250.” I said great I’ll be there to get it. Me and my son leave Caldwell to head to the store to get it. Half way there I call again to make sure it was a brand new series S that comes with a controller. (I put it on speaker phone so my son could hear .). She said ,”yes. It’s brand new with a controller.”
Well when we get there 45 min later she grabs the console and rings it up. It rings up for $299. I said wait I called a couple times just now and you said it was $250. She said ,”sorry. It’s actually $299. “.

I was told to check back in about a week and they’d have more and my copy would be set to the side. Called back and was told they have no idea when they’re getting more copies of the game.
