So much went wrong here that I don't even know where to begin. It took over 3 minutes to be recognized upon entry. We chose our seats and it took about 7 minutes for the waters to come out. They were short staffed as one girl was waiting on all of the tables. The veggie spring rolls were almost edible...the wrapping was super chewy. The coconut soup was not good at all as the quality of the ingredients were subpar. There was a spice or something that made it sour and the smell of it made my mother gag. The garlic beef was basically beef with broccoli and was not spicy as requested and had little to no flavor at all. My mother's pad Thai tasted like it was smothered in tomato paste and she had to cover it with a napkin because it made her nauseous. The waitress never asked how the food was nor did she notice we left everything on the plate. I have no clue how this place is operating as a Thai restaurant--I rarely give scores this bad but wow! nothing went right here.

We discovered this place last week and I am very happy to have found it. I have not been terribly impressed with Asian food in the area in general, and I miss good Thai food. Kluay Kluay replaced an Asian restaurant a year or so ago, one that I was very unhappy with. The service was great, and the wait staff very confident in their food. I had the spicy drunken noodle dish and it was the right level of spicy. The flavor was excellent and what I love about the drunken noodle dish. My wife had the pad thai and was very happy with the dish as well. We also shared a cheese roll appetizer, which was similar to cheese puffs, but were rolled up like small egg rolls with cheese filling. All the food was hot and fresh. The only knock I gave it was because my dish was a bit short on vegetables, or types of vegetable in the dish itself. Otherwise, they offered some great food, and good service.

Atmosphere: Due to being connected to multiple businesses the building itself is on the smaller side but plenty of parking (3rd photo). Once inside, there seemed to be a decent amount of seating even though small footprint. Menu was simple but somewhat confusing to understand, would have liked to have a description of the food or flavors on certain items (1st & 2nd photo). Service: The staff was prompt at first and then was left unattended, after awhile another staff member assisted us and was able to answer any questions we had. Food: The quality of food was amazing and had a lot of flavor. The portion size was more than generous and felt that for the price, it was well worth it. One of the plates we ordered was the yellow curry with chicken (4th photo) and second plate was that of Pad see Ewe (5th photo). Would highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Thai cuisine.

Went to this place for lunch on 2/23/21. There were six of us and we were not in a rush but the service was really slow. We constantly had to ask for things, including the check. We ordered some appetizers: the spring roll, egg rolls, edamame and dumplings. The appetizers were about average. Five of us ordered hot tea and found out we couldn't all have hot tea because they only had 3 teacups. We were like "huh?" No one else in the restaurant was drinking hot tea so that wasn't the issue. Towards the end of the meal, I asked our server to refill the teapot with hot water and she said "That will be a $2 extra charge is that all right?" I said "For hot water and no tea bag?" She nodded and I passed on paying $2 for hot water. It might have been due to water restrictions related to the winter storms but as she didn't explain or apologize, I think it was an appalling standard charge.

I ordered the Pad Thai lunch special with chicken. It came with a salad and when a member of our party asked about what dressings they had, the choices were mayonnaise and mayonnaise, which is hardly Thai. We ended up asking for the peanut dipping sauce and made do with that. The salad was hunks of iceberg lettuce. The soup that came with the meal was a red soup, tasted odd to me and had two tiny chunks of tofu in it. Someone in our party said the flavor was fish sauce. The sauce the Pad Thai was cooked in tasted suspiciously like the soup base and did not have the Thai flavors I expected. Also, I expected vegetables with it and it had four slices of green onion in it. One member of our party had visited the place a long time ago and noted that the decor had changed, the picture of the King was no longer displayed, the staff was no longer Thai and the food was not the same quality that she remembered. She believes that it is no longer run by the same people as it was during her previous visit.

As for me, I had eaten some really great Thai food a few weeks ago in Louisiana and this meal was not even close to the same flavor profile or freshness I had experienced in that other Thai restaurant. This pad Thai had a lot of noodles, and odd tasting sauce, some chicken and a few token green onions trying to act as vegetables. Very disappointed and won't...

GO if you want BAD FOOD & if you want to face COPS! The owner needs to address the issues at this restaurant - Flavorless appetizers, tasteless entrees and mango sticky rice was horrible.

First of all, we entered the restaurant before 3pm and they still didn’t allow us to opt for lunch menu. Then, when the food was served which contained fish , shrimps and chicken- they didn’t provide knives. We were big group and every time we would ask for some thing, the server (Hispanic Lady - I wish I knew her name) would make faces. We had a birthday girl with us and everyone was scared to ask for knives and instead preferred to not use one or share.

After paying 18% gratuity and the bill one of us went to communicate to the Hispanic lady who was at the counter that the food and service was not good and she got rude and said - “we serve the same food to all and everyone likes it” and started raising her voice. Seconds later, she starts screaming and says get out of my restaurant or else I will call cops. On the phone she LIED to 911 saying we are threatening her, her 3 kids (I don’t know what they were doing at the work place) and didn’t pay the bill. Then another Hispanic Man (another server) came out of the kitchen and started apologizing to us saying I don’t know why she does this. And he was sorry.

So we stepped outside and waited to explain our part of the story to the cops. We had our receipts to prove that we Paid.

Businesses often pay to get customer’s feedback but this restaurant calls the cops and lies. So please...

I came with a group of 8 on a slow weekday night. The two women working there informed us that we had to pay on one check, which we were all perfectly fine with, and we said okay. However, they then told us at the we had to sit as two groups of 4 in literally two opposite corners of the restaurant. We were confused why we had to sit in opposite corners since the entire middle row of tables was open, as well as adjacent booths on either side of the restaurant -- there were only 3, maybe 4 booths, occupied at the time -- so we could have very easily sat at one of the two sets of adjacent booths. We asked, if we sit on opposite sides of the restaurant, will each table get a separate check? One woman proceeded to say that although she says we can pay on two checks now if we sit in opposite corners, she could very easily change her mind and just put everything on one check later.

The number of checks really didn't matter to us, or even where we sat, but we just ended leaving because we couldn't understand the situation, and more than anything, because of how rude they were. The manner and tone in which they spoke to us wasn't called for as we weren't offensive or rude at any time. We really just wanted to try the food here, as we'd heard it was amazing, but I probably wouldn't come back given how rude they were without reason.

If you have a small group I think this is probably a fine restaurant to eat at, and there aren't many Thai options in BCS, but beware if you have a...
