Terrible service. I'm a Doordash driver and long time chic fil a customer, and as far as this location goes the staff gets one star. The food is good, because it's chic fil a, but considering the standard of excellence that is held up at other locations (go to the hwy 6 location or tx ave for above and beyond service) the staff at Briarcrest doesn't seem to know what they are doing, and quite frankly show no initiative. As a regular customer, this is irritating. (Most people ordering curbside have somewhere to be and that's why they have ordered ahead of time online. No one should have to wait curbside longer than 5 mins for an order made online 20+ mins ago online, but that's been my experience at this location even using the CFA app) As a Doordash driver however, my multiple experiences with this location have been extremely infuriating. I literally run through parking lots and apt complexes to make sure my customers get their food on time and my rating stays high (if a driver's ratings drop they can be demoted, or even be deactivated, aka lose their job) and to watch the curbside attendants slowly stroll past my car, not even acknowledging me waiting to pick up someone's food for 20+ mins totally maddening. The sign says wait in your car. I wait in my car until the customer's food is 20 mins late, and finally either call the landline and (if I'm lucky they pick up) have someone rush out the order in a panic, or (as typical they don't answer) I phisically walk into the store to finally be greeted in a panic by a staff member, only to be informed that my customers order has never been recieved. This causes frustration to those ordering online, and me personally as a delivery driver as consistantily having late orders because of this staff's negligence had caused my personal customer satisfaction rating to go down. Read moreThis use to be a regular thing for us going to chic fil a. Honestly after the last two trips I may find a new favorite for the family. We went through the drive through and ordered thirty count nugget meal with large Mac and cheese; also ordered a sandwich meal. Came up to just over forty dollars. We get the large Mac and cheese for the kids to share. I asked the kid at the drive through for small bowls to split the Mac and cheese up. They tell us we’ll have to buy them. I ask the manager (Cainen) who’s at the window if they were serious? He said yes, they charge us four dollars. After paying for the bowls they give us big empty salad bowls. Mind you I explained we wanted small bowls to split the Mac and cheese. I said we wanted smaller bowls, he said they don’t sell those. I asked if he can give us small ice cream or whatever small ones they have. He could’ve just gave us two small bowls small act of great service, Instead would rather hold up the drive through line to charge me and then do the return. Super awkward and just unnecessary. Hope it was worth the power trip Cainen, big boss at the window. We did just spend forty plus dollars. And just wanted some bowls so the kids don’t have to fight about sharing. I would’ve paid! The big deal isn’t the money but the service. Seriously disappointing, I deal with customers all day and this was not worth the time spent. Chic fil a use to have amazing service and honestly I get better service at McDonald’s. I don’t understand how giving two small bowls away would be such a big deal. Read moreI usually don't do negative reviews but tonight I just left Chick-fil-A after a long tiring day and was very disappointed. First I got there and ordered my food in drive thru my card does not have a chip so the order taker kept trying to swipe my card on the card reader which it was not reading so after the 10th time swiping it she told me to just go to the window and pay there. So I passed the lady standing at the podium going straight to the window like I was told and the lady at the podium yelled "heyyyyyyyyyyy!" So I immediately stopped and was asked what's going on? She said your payment? I told her my card wasn't reading so I was told to go to the window. She said no I can take your payment here so I gave her my card and she swiped and wow it magically read. So I was happy I finally got to go to the window to get my food to go home. Well I get to the window received my food and I usually check it but I didn't because I was already overwhelmed by the payment issue. So I just got my food and drove off. When I got home my food was cold. My fries and nuggets were ice cold. Then to top it off my order was wrong!!! I ordered 2 kids meal nuggets and 2 meals with nuggets which there was only one meal with nugget and 2 kids meals. I was so disappointed and unsatisfied!
