Edit: after reading Paul the owner's lies to recover from his actions I wanted to also post, my family paid for this arrangement through the funeral, so when my dad asked me to call all we wanted was a "I am very sorry your order wasn't made correctly" but his lack of customer service and blame game verbiage quickly showed me all I needed to know about his flower shop. Only yellow, white and pops of blue should have been delivered! Next time you should call and verify with the grieving family instead of taking it upon yourself to add sunflowers all over a $450 memorial bouquet to go under her photo..which i did post under your your images!!! Your grey book didn't have anything like we needed FYI! So nothing was selected in it...we verbally told her what was needed.
This is the memorial bouquet (photo uploaded under images/photos above) sent when we personally went to their shop from the funeral home asked for yellow roses, pops of blue throughout, and white flowers. This arrangement looked aggressive to us, definitely not peaceful nor what we asked for in person. I even called the afternoon before the memorial to check-in to make sure it was good and pickup the stand, but Paul said he had not started he was waiting on flowers still. After speaking with Paul the day after the memorial (the owner), he had no sympathy for what he delivered. Read moreOrdered flowers thru Flower Shop network from florist here in Lufkin for flowers to go to my sister at St Josephs hospital. They were left at front desk and never delivered. I paid them to deliver to my sister, not front desk. Florist was not concerned and said it was their policy at florist to not go to rooms. They did not seem to be concerned. Later after getting flower shop network involved, he changed his tune. Later said he would be glad to personally take another arrangement. He did, then wanted to charge me for it.
