If I could give this less than one star I would. Went to this sonic today and had possibly the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. We pulled up to the drive through and asked about Sonics new bursting bubbles/boba drinks and were informed by the person taking our order that there were 2 available flavors of the bubbles (cherry and blue raspberry) we all ordered a drink with bursting bubbles and received one with them with the bubbles in it. All of our drinks, even the one with the bubbles/boba in it were incorrect. We looked at the receipt and also realized that even though it was after 2 we had received no happy hour discounts. Upon figuring out all of the drinks were incorrect we called the Sonic as we had already driven away. The man who answered was incredibly rude on the phone and very obviously did not understand anything about customer service or professionalism. All of the people in the car work in various retail or food establishments around town and can tell you flat out if we were caught treating a customer the way we were treated by this gentleman, we would be out of job. He never gave us his name, though if I were going to talk to a customer the way he did, I probably would keep my name out of it. He started yelling at my friend on the phone for even suggesting we get a refund, and told us if we wanted something fixed he was our guy but if we wanted to tell him what to do then he was going to hang up. I will never ever visit this Sonic again and I will be telling everyone I know that if they really need a Sonic drink to drive the extra few minute to another location because the way we were served, treated and ultimately dismissed by this location is entirely unacceptable. I am absolutely livid and disgusted.

I started to motion to someone inside and the girl at the drive thru window sticks her head and the window and gives me some attitude. The car hop walked up while she was telling me to just go back to my car and she would get to me when she could! Mind you, not a single car in the drive- thru and like maybe 6 other cars in lot. Anyway car hop says let me take a look at what's going on. I sit another 5 min or so in the heat in my car. Finally the car hop takes my order. When he delivers it he explains they are short- handed but she behaved badly and he was sorry. I told him that someone should have told me that over the speaker a couple min after I pressed the button. All I wanted to know was that I want being ignored. I asked for an order of them, but changed my mind to 2 orders. When I got the bag, it felt light. I look in only to find 2 mozzarella cheese sticks lol. They fixed my order, but I had to wait. They had a hotdog special and I bought 5 and hot dog meal. The hot dogs were only a dollar each, but my total came out to $22 and some change. Come to find out they charged me for the foot long coney dogs. They fixed it but forgot to give me my drink, and they almost kept my bank card. I had to ask for it.
