I love elotes!! And there is no better place in BCS for them than Raspas El Payasito. I come here often and get the conchatas, and my girl gets the Elotes. The fat lady whomakes these is very sweet and generous about the portion size. 10/10. The prices have been increasing over the months but still worth it.
