It has always been something with all the different locations in the BCS area. Whether an order is messed up, something is forgotten, or the wait after ordering is extremely long and vehicles that ordered after you begin to come-and-go. However this time was unacceptable, I'm a very patient, and tolerant person yet in the process of ordering our food the cashier (Makayla) was rude and short. At first I thought it was me mishearing her, but as my spouse began to order it was very evident she had a tone. During his ordering she began responding in a very condescending tone when he was only looking to ensure she was putting into the register what he wanted (as again, we've had wrong orders multiple times in the past). He looked at me to ensure that I was hearing what he was hearing which I confirmed as it got to the point where she spoke as if rushing him to complete the order and get away. At this point I told him to forget it and we could go somewhere else as it was evident she was in a mood and being very disrespectful. After the manager arrived and we asked for the name of the general manager she feigned an apology, however it was very evident in which we said "we know you're not sorry" and she responded with "You're right, I'm not".

Read moreAfter waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order at the drive through (or a response when I asked if anyone was there) with 1 car ahead of me when I arrived, I came inside to make sure there were actually people here. Once inside and finally ordering, I found 2 girls on what appears to be their lunch break (by this time it’s been almost 20 minutes), and 3 guys working as lackadaisically as I’ve ever seen someone move while awake. I don’t know if they’re too stoned to know what’s going on, or if they just don’t care.
I could understand if this was an isolated experience for me, but this is the only 24 establishment on this side of town and I find myself disappointed every time that I come after dark. I’ve been waiting 10 minutes for a #6 now, and the girls on their lunch break are still oblivious that it’s been over 30 minutes and the kitchen obviously can’t keep up.
I just want good Whataburger, can this franchise please get it together? I guess the next step is to try calling corporate...

Read moreMostly a great experience at this location. It’s little things that irk me, like filling my cup to the top where it sports out the lid upon straw insertion. Or asking for no salt because it’s usually too much like they aren’t properly cleaning the scoop, but it comes with salt anyway. I can deal with those things and still patronize this location. However, customer service will get me every time. If there is pop running down the side of my cup and all I do is ask for napkins just let me wipe my cup off before I sit it in my cup holder. The attitude isn’t warranted when I didn’t ask you to do I asked for A napkin to do it myself. I didn’t ask for twenty napkins I asked for one. That part was beyond me. The young lady helping me may have been frustrated but we have to learn that those paying their money for goods or services expect the bare minimum of customer service, but to not even get that is disappointing.
