Smoken Joe's — Local services in Bryan

the worst customer service I have had from any smoke shop in town. the guy behind the counter was rude and short in his conversation. the prices were much higher than wildside and planet k, not to mention, what they had in stock was junk. their flower was catnip filled with terp and the glass items were super basic. I called before I visited the shop looking for two products. the man on the phone (i assume the same man behind the counter) told me they had lots of both and gave me a great price, but when i arrived they were completely out of one of the products and the other wasn't 15 dollars, it was 35. wildside had it for 20. when I mentioned I was going somewhere else. the man got very rude and told me, and i quote, "then go somewhere else". I would suggest shopping around and comparing both price and quality before...

Usually pretty happy with this smoke shop; The D8 carts are not the watered down stuff at the gas stations. One issue I did have was that I am interested in buying a puffco peak pro. I called to ask and they said that they would not tell me the price over the phone. So, I said what the hell and drove out there only to find that it was 150 dollars more expensive than it is on the puffco website. I know that they have to pay rent and what not, but I felt like I was being deceived into paying a higher price by not telling me the price...

Haven’t been here I was trying to price crate time. Apparently they have a policy of not pricing over the phone which would make a 20 mile drive a lot easier cause I would hate to drive that whole way and not have what I want for the price I want so my problem with them is they wouldn’t help me out with the price apparently it’s against store policy to give prices over the phone....
