I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Buckeye Tint and Radio. I came in with an issue related to my breathalyzer, something that should have been resolved in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, due to complications on the manufacturerās end, it turned into an hour-long process.
Despite these challenges, the technician went above and beyond to help me. They close at 5 PM, but instead of brushing me off or asking me to return the next day, he stayed nearly 45 minutes after closing to ensure the issue was resolved. His commitment to excellent customer service is rare to find these days.
Not only was he professional and patient, but he was also incredibly kind and understanding. Iāve had bad experiences in the past where Iāve been treated unfairly by other service providers, but this guy genuinely treated me with respect and dignity. He even offered me a ride home in case the problem couldnāt be fixed that evening!

I brought it there to get tints installed and the job was honestly one of the worst and sloppiest I've ever seen. I won't even bring my car back to have him fix the tint that peeled off 2 days later (picture 3) because I'd rather pay somebody else to get the job done right. When I got my car back I noticed deep thin scratches all over the right side of the trunk near the rear window (remember this car was 4 days old) Then I notice the interior is completely trashed. Glue all over near the back windshield (picture 1), Liquid marks all over the door panels and back seats that weren't even sat in by anybody yet (picture 2). It was horrible, absolutely not one thing done to clean up or protect anything in the car. I Recommend staying far away...

He provided a verbal quote, we scheduled 730am drop off time today, Monday. When i arrived 730am today he said he didnt know about the new headlight bulbs, became argumentative, realized we HAD talked about it but was too busy telling me off that he would have to close his shop to go get the headlights that my car was on a backlog behind other cars i took my keys back, my new stereo, and new flood lights and scheduled to have the work done with Miguel's competitor!! It'll be done tomorrow morning while i wait!!! Im going to go out of my way to tell my neighbors NOT support this business i live 4 blocks...
