Terrible service. My wife is severely allergic to avacado and we didn't notice the tacos included guacamole. When they came out smothered in it, I brought them back and asked if we could have tacos without guacamole.

I was told we should have noted the ingredients on the menu (fair enough, though the description on the drive thru menu is not exactly easy to read), and that they would not remake the tacos. I said I thought that was a stupid policy, but fine I would pay for new tacos, as my wife could not eat the tacos as is.

The person at the register said I could talk to the manager, and I said sure that'd be great, thinking they might be flexible. However the manager came back and proceeded to lecture me for not noting it on the menu and reiterating over and over that they would not remake the tacos and we would have to order new ones.

Exasperated, I said fine whatever I would pay for the new tacos, as I had said before. The new tacos came out, again smothered in guacamole. So they remade them again, this time the wrong type of tacos came out. Finally I received the correct tacos, no guacamole, and the manager said they would make an exception this time and I wouldn't have to pay for the new tacos, but next time they would not make an exception.

No worries, there will not be...

I just left here after sitting in the driveway for over 15 minutes there was no one here at all no one came to the window to greet us so I cancelled my order because of the long wait however my mother in law still wanted her food and once expressed that the wait was long the women slammed the window on us and did not give my mother in law her food very rude etc I will no longer eat here at all be aware the rude slam of the window was unnecessary especially when someone still wants there food there was no expressed concern about the long wait no apology etc to everyone out there please be aware of what you eat and where you eat these restaurants nowadays lack respect it’s almost as if they don’t care to make money anymore I will be taking extreme measures to make sure that this isn’t an issue for anyone else that was very rude some people have no idea what kind of pull you have and who you are sad to say this place will not stand for too long once I get...

Absolutely disgusting Experience-Avoid this place at all costs. I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at this restaurant. I found Maggots in my food- yes, maggots. When I brought it to the attention of the cashier, she laughed at me like it was a joke. I asked for a refund and she acted like she didn't want to give it to me. Completely unprofessional and disturbing behavior. To make things worse, I asked to use the restroom because I felt sick, and was told it was "out of order." I ended up vomiting right outside the entrance from how disgusted I was. Instead of showing concern, the cashier actually came outside and told me to throw up across the street. No apology, no accountability, nothing. This place is unsanitary, the staff is rude, and clearly they do not care about the health or safety of their customers. I would never eat here again and strongly advise others...
