Main Street Buckeye is a place out of time and Casa de Leyva fits right in. It's authentic, feels like it's been waiting for you a hundred years. You step on the dirt parking lot, enter through the back, and before you pull open the rough hacienda style doors, you're already living the experience. If you sit at the rustic wood-plank bar, ask for a tall beer and crunch on their tortilla chips while they pour you a massive drink.
Despite the feel, they're new, so we'll see how they do in real time, but if you're looking for a unique experience, it's worth stepping off the concrete malls...

We ordered the Molcajete and it was outstanding — full of flavor and generously portioned enough for two. Service was quick, and the Owner-Chef himself brought our food to the table and greeted us personally, which we truly appreciated.
We finished with the flan for dessert — smooth, perfectly sweet, and a large portion to share. The rustic décor and warm atmosphere made it feel like a truly authentic Mexican restaurant 🇲🇽.
