I am new to the city of Buckeye, and I am beyond happy that we found the taco truck! We had heard about it via Instagram post, and how to try it for ourselves! The customer service was on point from the moment we got there. It is a family owned and ran business you can tell from the very beginning when you get there because of how warm and welcoming Lorena and Chris are. They had a good variety so I had to ask what were the house specialties which were the birria ramen and queso birria tacos! And when I tell you, it didn’t disappoint that was an understatement! So good! Food truck parked behind the market with seating in the shade. We had birria tacos, a carne asada burrito with beans and cheese, and a plate of el pastor, carnitas, and asada tacos. It was all sooo good. Not only was everything delicious, but the tacos were good sized, not the little ones. The meats were all spiced really well and the beans were especially good. The tortillas were slightly grilled with just a touch of crunch. To top it off, they also had excellent horchata. This will be a regular stop for us...
