Clusters Handcrafted Popcorn Peddler's Village — Local services in Buckingham Township

Every time my friends and family visit peddlers we stop at Clusters. We love a good treat and I’ve put so many people into them. I live in bucks county so we go often. The popcorn is great and made well. Very tasty and fresh. The issue I have is with the staff. I’ve seen it for myself and others that are in my family and friends group or other customers waiting in line be disgusted with the behavior is these young girls that the owner hires. There’s two specific girls who cause problems and openly make fun and laugh and talk about customers in front of their face. I went on Saturday and told other staff and the you girls response was” they are mean to us too” I told them mean girls don’t get very far in life once their teenage years are over. Don’t we all know it and seen that for ourselves! The fact the owner hasn’t done anything or check in with their own staff baffles me. What’s toxic environment and hostile I’m sure. I’m not sure these kids feel such entitlement while serving up some popcorn that they bag. Those girls made some customers in front of me feel bad about themselves. It’s a disgrace and I even confront the one mean girl who would even look me in the face after what she did. Of clusters continues to allow this behavior then all my friends and family/ coworkers will stop going as they have all been made aware. Do better. Have some respect and be kind. What a disgrace. The fact that this is looked at as a “mean” review is wild to me. It’s someone being real with the issues going on inside that’s happen many times to others. I did ask for a manger and was told “I don’t know where they are” and spoke to the cashier and gave her and some other girls nice words for their service and for them feeling down about the...

Stopped in at Clusters Handcrafted Popcorn for the first time while visiting Peddler’s Village to enjoy the incredible Christmas lights display! It was like a scene from a Hallmark movie so we had to indulge in a holiday sweet salty treat while we walked around and looked at the festive trees and toured gingerbread house displays and adorable shopped. While as expected there were lots of people with the same idea, the line for popcorn moved quickly and the team serving us was well staffed, cheerful and super friendly! When it is your turn they offer you samples to try and choose your favorite flavor! There were some great special value options and they ship too if you can’t get enough of this delicious snack! Prices were reasonable and having so many gluten or dairy free options was the best part! Definitely will visit again when we are nearby and would like to order some popcorn for gifts. Great...

I was overcharged. I purchased 2 medium bags that had an extra charge for chocolate covering , which is fine. I also purchased a large bag, but with no chocolate covering and they still charged me an extra five dollars for chocolate covering on the large bag even though I didn’t have it on that bag. I asked for a receipt and it did come to me via text, but I was long gone from the store and couldn’t go back. I think they need to better train their staff on how to properly charge customers.
