Terrible customer service. My friend and I just left this store a bit ago. We visited the area for the peach festival and while browsing through the store, we noticed that we were being profiled by 2 sales associates (who were very obvious). Ironically my friend and I look Hispanic, and we’re the only 2 that looked like us in the store. What’s disturbing, is that we didn’t look disheveled, not put together, or lacking in hygiene. Mixed review here. Live near the area and visit this store fairly regularly for business casual work clothes. Recent visit was not up to par. No one greeted me or offered me a dressing room. I was walking around with multiple items for awhile and finally just went into a dressing room myself. Also had to ask if they could look up my account at check out so that my purchases could be added for reference. They were offering assistance to other customers and were not busy so not sure what...
