They lost my package. ( I add extra insurance for $ 1,000.00)...after investigation of one week ,owner call me at Friday February 15, around noon and tell me if I don't provide him with full information of box content they will close investigation and not going to pay insurance cost...I make it to the store by the end of the day to give the proof of items cost directly, after resend of e-mail and proof through employees I receive it e-mail, same day from owner that's I'm yelling on his employee and package now got different tracking number...and also by the way it's already has been delivered at 7 p.m. ( by the time his calling me at noon same day they don't know where this package at all) Yes package got delivered but--- Whith more than a week and a half delay... So for any mistake they will do, you will be responsible and you will not get cover...

I went into the store today around 8:45 am to ship a package to one of my friends. I needed help because the address I was delivering a package to had a known issue of the destination changing automatically to a different city. Packages have been lost because of this. I previously went to a UPS store in Mount Prospect to ship a package to this friend before, and they were able to override the automatic change and keep the original address. The man who worked here at 8:45am decided he would lie to my face versus attempt to do his job. He told it was impossible to override the change in address and told me to find help elsewhere. Whoever this worker was, they either need to be retrained from the bottom or possibly replaced with someone willing to do their job. I went over to Arlington Heights afterwards and they said it was a simple fix. What a joke to be...
