ALDI — Local services in Buffalo

I know people complain that Aldi's presentation of items isn't great, but I like it. I don't need frills or bright displays, I just want to go in, grab my items and get out. Aldi gives me that, and the staff are always helpful, and seem in good spirits at this location. Even with the current recalls, they're honoring returns as credits toward purchases. I'm really impressed with how nice, understanding, and accommodating the staff is.

As an update, they are now selling alcoholic beer/cider, but not wine. It's not a large section, and no big name brand (Budweiser, Miller, etc.) beers, but most of the beers are good (some brewed by the Genesee Brewery in Rochester, under their commercial outlet), and they even have...

This Aldi's supermarket is the best. It honestly has everything I want and need for my weekly essentials. It's clean and the prices are amazing. As a college student it really helps me out and allows me to stay on budget and not go broke, while still getting a variety of stuff. I find that many of the things I buy at this Aldi's is always a couple of dollars cheaper compared to other supermarkets and their prices. Everything at aldi's was great, the employees were very friendly and helpful but one of the doors is broken and it was freezing in there. I asked one of the cashiers about it and she said it has been broken for a long time and "they" got a quote on how much to fix it and it was "too much" Aldi's is a great corporation with a reputation for treating its employees and customers well and I am appalled that they would let thier cashiers and employees freeze all winter with a broken door. Yes it may be expensive to fix but that's what you sign up for when you buy a franchise. Fix your door, stop abusing...
