If I could give him more stars I would. I bought a hardly used stainless steel gas stove from Duda on 7/3/20. When I got home I thought that our encounter had come to an end. Y'know just everyday life things. That day when I got home (after running errands all day) I realized that the universal connection I had bought from home depot did not fit and the gas line had been plugged and rusted over (due to construction) and that the racks may not have fit. Being a 22 year old college student you can imagine the amount of tools or patience I have... none. I called Duda on the fourth and he returned my call first thing on the 5th. He was here within 30 minutes with new racks, gas line, an a crazy amount of tools. Not only did he connect my stove and fix all the issues I was having but he connected all of my other appliances and made the encounter fun and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend him for all of you appliance wants and needs. You will not be disappointed!...

First of all, let me tell you I did my research. Duda's had the most positive reviews. When you are buying a used appliance, you already know there is a risk, but it was a relief to know he offered 30 days. We purchased a refrigerator and a week later, it stopped cooling. He gave us instructions on what to do to reset it. Worked great for another week, and then it stopped cooling. Duda came over personally, checked it out and found out it was irreparable. On the spot he refunded us CASH with NO BAD ATTITUDE whatsoever. To the contrary, he was so kind, and understanding. And not only that, he helped fix my stove as the pilots had gotten clogged. Then this is your place! Plus, the customer service is amazing and he values great customers and will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. He’s the type of business owner that cares about the quality of his products and that his customers are satisfied.
