I recieved my 2nd delivery today. The first week I recieved some romaine lettuce that was extremely bitter. I emailed the company and they were quick with a response and resolution. Today the bok choy I recieved was slimy and the top was completely destroyed, I was also missing an item. Frustrated, I decided to call them this time rather than emailing. I started getting Fresh Fix deliveries a couple years ago and continue to receive bi-weekly deliveries. I love that I can customize the contents of my delivery and that everything has been fresh, seasonal and reasonably priced. The add ons from vendors in the city are fabulous....I can get great products from places like Mazurek's & Butter Block without a trip in!
