Don't understand why it says open till 10 there never opened till 10 I've gone there at 9:40 an was told they're closed most of the staff is Rude Not hard to say your welcome Or have a good day or mayby smile i live around the corner an will not go there i drive to the one on Bailey and William were staff is super nice it starts at the top need new Management at Clinton and Bailey Tim hortons if your trying to get to work in the morning dont go there super slow and rude sorry i love tim hortons but would rather walk to Burger King for coffee It's nothing like a cup of Tim hortons coffee but they appreciate their customers that goes a long way with me maybe some day it will change but for...

This location is HORRIBLE. I use to work for the owner of this location a decade ago and and I'm NOT surprised he has let this store get so bad... its always a 20 minute wait at the drive through. The workers barely pay atrention and are to focused on eachother. Food is over cooked and the store is DIRTY. Today was my breaking point I ordered hashbrowns and a sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit. I took one bite of each and wanted to puke. The hasbrowns were dry and unflavorful. The egg on the breakfast sandwich was over cooked and taste like metal. I honestly thought they messed up and gave me two sausages and no egg when I first looked at it... I will NEVER purchase from this...

Drive thru order; Cashier had to ask my boyfriend multiple times what he was saying while ordering, not sure if it was the microphone, headset, or my bf's low voice - either way do not blame the cashier. However please don't act annoyed when you can't hear someone a few times. Had to wait a few extra minutes at the window for someone to come up so we could pay, there was no interaction with the employee at all, and after paying she disappeared. Another minute or two before we received our sandwiches. Overall, doesn't seem like a lot but for a drive thru, up to 5 minutes is a long wait. Especially since we came to this location because the one down the street was out of egg?...
