I specifically ordered and PAID for two medium NUTELLA ice caps. I order a Nutella ice capp everytime they are advertised, which is currently being advertised on the drive thru signs, inside the store, etc. I did not receive two medium Nutella ice Capps, i received two ice Capps with chocolate liquid. My issue is that IF I WAS TOLD THAT NUTELLA WAS NOT AVAILABLE, THEN I WOULDVE GOT SOMETHING ELSE OR WENT TO A LOCATION THAT HAD WHAT I WANTED. They NEVER said anything about not having Nutella available, INSTEAD THEY ACTED LIKE THEY DID AND GAVE ME TWO DRINKS THAT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED, they straight up lied right to my face in my opinion because what I ordered and paid for, was NOT what was given to me. Like I said they never said anything about not having what I ordered instead they just pretended and acted like they did if they would have told me they didn't have what I wanted and paid for I would have changed my order no big deal but now I paid for something I don't want because that's not what I they never said anything about not having what I ordered instead they just pretended and acted like they did if they would have told me they didn't have what I wanted and paid for I would have changed my order to something different, no big deal... like I'm offended that they would assume that I am dumb enough to not notice the difference between Nutella and a brown LIQUID. Not to mention the girl that took my order at the speaker, was unbelievably rude, if you dont like working with customers DONT WORK A JOB THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered two medium nutella ice caps and a chocolate dip donut.... nothing crazy, not a large anount of items, and i was the only customer there .... so its alarming that 2/3 of my order was completely wrong...... This occurred around 1:45pm and I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. The donut I got was cold, hard, and gross but at least it was the type of donut i ordered. My mother is very sickly, so to make her smile I wanted her to try the Nutella ice Capp bc she loves Nutella, so I went to this location on my lunch break and got one for myself and one for my mother.... A SIMPLE DRINK TO MAKE MY MOTHER FEEL SLIGHTLY BETTER. I would've went to a different location or ordered something else but instead they took my money and gave me things that I DID NOT WANT?? IF YOU DO NOT HAVE WHAT SOMEONE IS PAYING FOR, THEN SPEAK UP AND TELL THE PAYING CUSTOMER THAT INSTEAD OF TAKING THEIR MONEY AND NOT GIVING THEM WHAT WAS PAID FOR. I feel like I was just robbed honestly. Unacceptable, inconsiderate, and disgusting. I will not be spending another penny of my money or anther second of my time at this location. The quality is so unreliable, I should've seen this coming especially when she tried to hand me BOTH drinks at the...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would. This is what I just wrote into the corporate website: This morning I went to this Tim Hortons and as I was ordering, I noticed that what I had asked for was not on the screen (it just said "special order"). The man asked in a rude tone, "so anything else then?" I said "no, but can I please get a small amount of mocha in that?" and the employee said "yes, I can hear you, we all can hear you." I was confused by this, especially since I still didn't see my order on the screen and by the situation and responded, "what?" and again the employee (a man) said in a louder, more aggressive voice, "WE ALL CAN HEAR YOU" two or three more times over and over again. I pulled up shocked and said the the young lady (whom when I said Hi to her, she just stared at me) I said "I'm sorry, I didn't see it on the screen I didn't mean to make the man upset. She continued to just stare at me, saying nothing. I have been going to that Tim Hortons for months, and nothing like that has ever happened. Not only was it incredibly rude and hurtful (basically yelling at a customer) and then just weird by the other employee just looking at me. If I had done something to upset the employee, I am very sorry. I think this was supposed to be a miscommunication, but it turned into aggressiveness. I even attempted to apologize at the window and was met with silence. So, I obviously will never go to that Tim Hortons again and actively tell everyone I know that this happened. I truly am in awe at how (regardless of being in a customer service role), how mean that employee was. I was actually so disgusted by this interaction I threw...
Read moreThis is the worst experience and response from the Timhorton staffs as I have visited in the morning and I just tried entering the restroom and was looked, I was little rush however I asked a lady staff, can I use the restroom, she simply said you needs to buy any stuffs then only we would allow to open the bathroom, so embarrassed, so I was waiting in the que about 5min and placed the order upon receiving my paid receipt, I ask them to open the restroom, is this the way a chain restaurant treating the customers, even smaller street restaurant won’t react like this, trust me I do not want any free services of course I just entered the store to have my breakfast, I well understood it’s advised by the store uneducated owner some cheap fellows who does not know the customers values, I totally agreed their point someone can use the restroom for free doesn’t means it applicable to all the frequent and regular customers! Again I do agreed if that’s the case as a curtersy point they would add the entrance notice board “ ONLY PAID CUSTOMERS CAN USE ANY FACILITIES IN THIS RESTAURANT” it would avoid any misrepresentations / embarrassment at any point! Overall worst experience and would not recommend anyone, avoid this store also trust me will escalate to all the social platform and Timhorton head office! I’m pretty confident the CEO of Timhorton “Axel Schwan”would not know the value of customers! I could read the rating 3.7 still no one bother, we could simply analyze the negative progress, good luck @Axel...
