This place serves up some of the best kombucha I have had. They have a variety of flavors to suit every palette, and have some great ideas on how to drink it (what to mix it with to make the experience extra awesome). The space is an old barrel factory (hence the name of the location- inside the Barrel Factory) with exposed bricks and has a great vibe of old-school manufacturing to it. The place shares space with a bunch of other local businesses from a distillery to a kayak rental- so when you are there you can check out some other places, too. Picked up a bag of Witching Hour blend (roasted forbidden rice & green tea) at the Thanksgiving Market at the Barrel Factory , Nov 24th. Had my first cup Friday evening, after hitting some of the other Christmas Markets in the area. The tea blend has a nutty taste from the roasted rice and the green tea is mellow; together, they make a wonderful elixir. I love this new place. We were in Vancouver and then Alaska two years ago and they had kombucha everywhere! I am so excited to see Snowy Owl Kombucha open up!
