Went here for drive-up and after waiting 10 minutes, someone finally brought my items. The boy told me that there was a bag of "goldfish" missing and his boss would bring it out and asked that I wait. I sat there for another 20 minutes while driver after driver was helped. Finally someone decided to see if I was waiting on an order and I filled her in. She said "good deal, just wanted to make sure you were being helped". I waited another 5 minutes and the girl then decided to radio her boss while she was assisting another driver. Apparently there was a "miscommunication" and the "cold items" were already on the cart before the boy brought it out. When I got home, the bag of cold items which consisted of 2 jugs of milk, a box of yogurt and 2 packages of ground beef, broke. I'm surprised the ground beef didn't get punctured by the corner of the box that it was pressed against seeing as the common sense to put it in its own bag was missing.. as I took items out of the bags, I was just amazed to find that my $35 container of formula was missing. Now I get to wait 5-7 business days just to see IF I can get a refund or not. This store is an absolute mess when it comes to management and organization and is the most out of stock out of any other locations...
   Read moreI went to purchase toddler formula for my toddler while I was shopping with my newborn baby. The person at the self checkout seemed fine at first and was just making conversation, but she kept criticizing that my baby was unhappy and hungry and that I was ignoring her.
It's hard enough leaving the house with a newborn with everything going on in the world, but then she kept goading other customers checking out to agree that I was ignoring my baby and that she was hungry, when that wasn't the case. I shouldn't have to announce that I'm breastfeeding and she ate before I came to the store to complete strangers. Or that the TODDLER FORMULA I was purchasing was for my toddler at home and not my newborn. I was already feeling pressure to check out as quickly as possible and if I hadn't been picking up items I actually needed, I would've left everything behind just to get out of there faster. Having an employee insinuate I'm not feeding my infant when she's extremely healthy and well-fed, but just a little fussy, and then getting other people involved is just so far beyond rude. My family won't be shopping at this...
   Read moreDon’t ever bother to call Buffalo Target Guest Services for getting to the pet department. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes. I was put on hold 3 times. Guest Services kept putting me on hold trying to reach the pet dept. The last time they said they would transfer me to a team lead. Once again I was put on hold then back to guest services and they did not even pick up the phone! I had to hang up and call back. They were very rude when I explained the problem and told me it takes time to get a team lead. Well it wasn’t the team lead, as when they did not pick up, it went back to ringing at guest services and they were the ones that would not answer!!! What a joke calling themselves Guest Services as they did not help and were rude about it as well! Why should I even bother...
