Starbucks — Restaurant in Buffalo

I love coming to this Starbucks! I think the gal who made my drink yesterday was Jess. Most times I come in she is always working, and she always has a smile on her face and is so friendly! I think she could tell I was ordering a drink I had ever tried before. (I found the recipe online - Grande iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso w/ pumpkin sauce, pumpkin cream cold foam, & pumpkin spice topping). She was asking me how many pumps of pumpkin sauce I wanted and I wasn’t sure. She was super helpful and recommended not getting the full 4 pumps otherwise it would be extremely sweet. So I decided on 2 pumps but was hesitant. After she made my drink and handed it off, she told me “Taste it first before you go, I want to make sure you love it, if not I’m happy to re-make it for you”. I thought that was so nice! I tasted it right at the counter and it was AMAZING! Best tasting drink I’ve ever ordered at a Starbucks. I told her it was perfect and she was really happy that I loved it! She has worked at Target ever since I can remember, and I love seeing her at Starbucks because I know I can count on wonderful service & that my drinks will...

Every time I come into this Starbucks, doesn’t matter who is working they all have terrible attitudes and consistently give dirty looks for no reason whatsoever. Today on November 5, 2023 around 4:30pm, I came in and there were two employees working, a dark haired girl and an employee whose name I believe is Connor. The girl right away have an attitude and had a dirty look on her face as I walked up, she then proceeded to stare me down and give me a dirty look as I moved down to the end of the counter after I was done ordering. I had also asked the girl while I was ordering if one of the new pastries were available and I was responded to in a very rude manner by Connor who was making drinks that they did not have them. The employees that work at this location are all very rude and have terrible attitude problems and it makes the entire experience...

As a Starbucks lover, this Starbucks team is amazing. They are SO kind even when it’s insanely busy. They’re the only Starbucks in town, so it gets extremely busy, but they always do their best to put on smiles and get your drinks out as fast as possible. Connor is seriously the best. He really cares about crafting a perfect beverage and getting to know his regulars. The morning crew is always a joy and they always start my days off with smiles. As I’ve met the lovely staff throughout the last two years, I’ve also made friends with them. Much love for the Buffalo...
