I am so disappointed. I havent even stepped foot in to this establishment, not do I plan to due the encounter I just experienced!
I found an item through Marketplace on Facebook. I sent a message of interest to the seller, Lisa C. Lisa responded promptly. I said I would like to purchase the item, and it all went downhill from there.
Lisa was curt and plain rude. I would not expect this kind of response from any business(nor person in general) whom is trying to make a sale or expand clientele.
I was very cheerful and polite throughout the entire conversation. There was no reason I should have been treated the way I was. My first knowledge of this store came through this social media exchange, and it has left a horrible impression. The attitude of Lisa was completely uncalled for, and unacceptable.
It's really a shame. I was looking forward to purchasing this item and seeing what else they had to offer. Lucky for me, this isn't the only shop of it's...

My friend's father’s wedding ring dropped into crack of floor, she had absolutely no compassion and could have cared less. Unwilling to even consider helping us. Doesn’t her business revolve around valuing the past, things from the past.
Please consider shopping elsewhere.

I gave a lower rating because I was disappointed in the person at the register; I said "Hello!" clearly & with a smile when I handed my items over. Even though it wasn't loud I thought, well, maybe she didn't hear me??? When she was done and I paid, I said, " Thank you and have a great weekend!" Again, in my friendly, but slightly louder voice with a smile, and she said nothing back and didn't return even the slightest smile.
