Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Local services in Buford

I wanted to check this place out as I’m a fan of good ice cream and ices. I tried it yesterday with my girlfriend and was very disappointed. In full transparency I’ve experienced good ices and ice cream all over the world and for a long time in New York which is known for great Italian ices. So I may be comparing this hamburger against some great filet mignon. So I ordered a cherry Italian ice for myself and a chocolate peanut butter ice cream cup for my girlfriend. Both were crap. Really really poor quality ingredients in both. The cherry ice was basically an overly sweetened mush of chemicals. Too soft and tasted like a bunch of nasty chemicals with immediate and lingering taste. Nasty and probably extremely bad for you. The chocolate peanut butter ice cream was not much better. Ice cream tasted bland and not fresh dairy like. You can just tell the ingredients were as cheap and fake as you can get. The chocolate chips sprinkled all over tasted like plastic or wax. Probable no real chocolate or cocoa at all. Overall very disappointing poor quality highly chemicalized ingredients which resulted in poor product. You are better of getting some Haagen Daazs from your local supermarket and some good quality chocolate chips. Or take a drive to Bitzel’s chocolate in Suwannee and get a gelato. Terrible customer service the old with made my icecream wrong I ordered blue razz and vanilla she refused to mix vanilla in she claimed they didnt do that and asked me what I was talking about which is a lie I pointed at the picture of the advertisement of what I wanted she proceeds to change and say it's because of the size they couldn't mix the vanilla in..I have been to this location multiple times where they mixed it throughout for me she then has her little brats lie and say they dont do it when those same brats made it for me multiple times and mixed it through out words of advice just because your mom is old does not mean she's right I made them refund my money and they won't get money...

This place is so rude to children. I ordered and the high school student made a mistake with the order. I sent my son to get the correct thing. Three different people told him no and were rude to him. I watched the entire time. I had to go up there myself and when I said they were being rude and dismissive, they looked at me like I was crazy. Over a dollar!!!!! It was literally over half a scoop of sprinkles. We go to the Cumming and John’s Creek locations all the time. Never a problem. This one, will never bring my money here. This is his favorite place and their first day. So sad they lost a loyal customer. Don’t waste your hard...
