Fish Chicken N More — Restaurant in Georgia

I have came to this restaurant for Yrs, I have always purchased the chicken and fish with lemon powder seasoning. That is what give the food flavor and taste. However, when I purchase 6 Trays of chicken and fish spending $500. They only put season on top of the food.. When I asked him to season the entire pan of food, he said they don’t do that. I told him when you remove the top portion of the food will be blan because there’s no seasoning there.. I said since you won’t season entire pan of food, give me a cup of lemon seasoning that you use so the rest of the food could be flavored and I’ll sprinkle it on myself. This man had the audacity to tell me no they don’t do that. Once the food was served from the top where he sprinkle a little lemon seasoning the rest of the food was very bland . My Friends and relatives were saying how JJ’s was better because they let you spinkle your food entire food. I had to write this review because that was very poor customer service and I explained to him I have spent $500 with you and you have the audacity not to give me a cup of seasoning to season something that you should’ve did it when I asked you to season my entire orders. People are good to being nice when they taking your money, but they don’t know how to be nice to customer service to make sure that you get what you ordered how you Are paying for it to be done. if it wasn’t the day of, I really should’ve left the entire order there and ask for a refund but I just know beware when you give people your money and you can’t get you give people way that you are paying for service. I just want people to acknowledge if you ever order like that again with pans of food, you only going to have seasoned on top of your fish.& chicken. Run to JJ fish and chicken . They have there seasoning on the counter to seasoning to your choice. Thats great customer service. I just know that he have lost a customer for life. I would never come back. I’m the one suggested to my family to use this company and I really really hate it that I refer them.. Very, very poor customer service. If you don’t know how to accommodate your customers and only thing stand on know and we don’t do that and you’re saving a cup of Seasoning instead of accommodating your customer so they can have the entire food normally the way they’re used to eating it and now they’re receiving something that they never have received before...

I've been here a couple times and I keep coming back. Why? Because their foods are delicious. Highly recommend the fried tilapia dinner along with fried rice. Probably one of the best fried fish I've ever had. I tried other fishes here, such as flounder & cat fish & trout, but my go to is tilapia!

Their fried rice is one of the best fried rices in town. I've tried J buffalo and American deli's fried rice and they were not good at all; honestly never went back to them due to lack of fried rice taste!

Okra's got to be one of the best and most fresh too! The first time I went, they were a lil stale but the next 5 times I went, were all perfect and fresh.

Wings are great on their menu as well! Flavorful and good size wings.

The only con that I can think of is when I ordered the chicken tenders. They were big and fresh & tender, but the 5 PC tenders lack flavor and seasoning. It was a bit bland. But I do hope you all see this review and that I can try the tenders again some day! The seasoning on tenders were 5 out of 10. Compare to the fishes, 10/10!!

Anyways, I recommend this place to anybody. Way better than your average captain D's for fish or your local Zaxby's...

Horrible! They got my order wrong, and I come here often with my family. I had a to-go order when I got home and called back to explain that my order is not right and that she over charged me, the lady began screaming and would not even let me get a word in. I come here all the time, she knows me, I am shocked at the response I received. She kept telling me to bring my food back every single piece and it had to be the same night or else it would never happen. I explained how I come to Fish, Chicken and More, often, and am NOT looking for a refund but wanted to explain that the food was not made properly and how I was over charged as well. She went on to argue and shout and HUNG up the phone one. Extremely rude, and did not even offer to remake the food. My family and I will NEVER be going back. I guess the owner is only polite when she is ready to swipe your card but could care less about quality service and SURELY did not hesitate to over...
