A very cool store, with great staff, and a lot of great options.
My only downside is the pricing. Some of their games are fair, but others are anywhere from 30% - 200% markup from competitors in ATL.
Overall its a great experience, just make sure you check around before committing to any large purchases :)
Read moreI brought in my daughters PS3 yesterday around 2:30 to get cleaned. I was told her system would be ready by 11 A.M. this morning , but it turns out her system wasn't even at the store instead i was told it would take 45 minutes to get there but it wasn't and I wasn't able to get it until 1:30 which wouldn't be so much of a big deal if I didn't live over an hour away so that was the first inconvenience. Second was that when I picked up her system they said that it wasn't reading any discs and the laser needed to be replaced but the system was already taken apart and cleaned. I then told them that it took a few seconds to read a disc and they told me maybe they didn't wait long enough. So I get home and sure enough it is not reading any discs my wife called the store and they put the man who cleaned the system on the phone who claims they always do pretest before working on any systems and noticed the laser wasn't good but they took it apart to clean it anyways with out notifying us about the laser which to me sounds like someone is trying to cover themselves because it was working perfectly fine before we brought it in. She was then able to speak with the owner who said he believed his employee and his word who told him we brought it in saying it had problems reading discs which is a blatant lie because that wasn't said. I feel as though if there was a issue with the pretest they should have contacted me first (which they did not) instead of continuing to clean it. Now they won't cover it fully and want me to cover the price of a new laser or they can refund me for the cleaning (which I was quoted different prices for the laser in store and over the phone with the owner) which I believe is completely unfair because I believe they broke her system by accident even though they say it's not their fault and it was probably going out anyways. Regardless my daughter's PS3 isn't working. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I'll update once this is settled, but as of now we won't return and are highly unsatisfied in how they've handled...

I took my (the new is part of the model) New 3DS XL to get repaired as the top screen was leaking pixels. I got it back a month and a week later and I had to give it back as the top left area wasn't closed properly. I got it back less then a week later and they didn't close it airtight but it was closed to where I didn't need to be worried about it. But 2 days after getting it back. My home button isn't working. The c stick feels creaky and doesn't work properly either, I have to push down in the direction I want from the opposite end. As in putting the pressure on the sides of the c stick not on top of it. When I got it back the home button worked and the c stick didn't work well but I never use it so it was fine. Now it isn't. For me this repair was a bad experience. An expensive one too. 120$ What I wanted repaired works fine. They sealed it with small hairs and dust. But it's not noticeable. But I got a malfunctioning Home button and bad c stick. The top is also not sealed 100% but that parts not too bad. Gets 3 Stars because this place has great game amount, prices and systems. I got the New 3DS XL I'm talking about from this store. As well as my newly bought Wii U. Great System prices and great game prices. Just terrible repair. I can only show a picture of the sealing for the system. The right side is perfect somehow. I think the audio on my right speaker is kind of buggy as well. The left is fine 1 week later and now my home button works perfectly fine. The c-stick is kind of funny but its fine. I am confused about that though. the home button didn't work and now it works like nothing ever happened.
