I’ve been to the one in fort Mohave and never have had a problem Lanette is always so loving and welcoming every time I’ve gone in to every customer!! She updates everyone on color of the day and deals or if we need help with anything. I have gone to the bullhead the last 4 times because it’s closer the same lady is always there NEVER a welcome or a greeting so rude when talking to customers unless it’s someone she knows (as i witnessed yesterday) I asked her a question on a price and her response was “idk”. She follows me around like a hawk and just makes me uncomfortable every time I’m in there! I thought it was just me until i brought my mother with me & she had the same experience on her demeanor and attitude. I asked for her name this last visit because I’m DONE shopping there & over her attitude. CLAUDIA you need a different job or stay home. We people do not appreciate our experience while you hawk over us and raise your voice while patiently waiting in line. This place is great to shop other wise. Selection is awesome pricing is ridiculous.not even willing to negotiate. How they supposedly won best thrift store of 2021 must solely have been based on selection and not price. Staff comes off as very unfriendly. There have so much merchandise because there prices are so high. Also they said they didn't offer military as veterans discount on this day, but they did offer first responders discount. If the military is not a first responder then I'm not sure what is? I wasn't the only one in the store questioning the prices either. A few older couples we put off by the pricing as well, as I overheared them talking. GOODWILL is a better bang for you buck. We always have fun poking around this place. Organized chaos is a good description from another reviewer, but that is part of the fun of finding cool stuff. The reviewers who are mad about prices going up are clearly living in some sort of bubble where rent, wages, and utilities have not gone up in years. The prices are very reasonable and on more than one occasion employees have been willing to negotiate a little with us.
