Updating my review since I had an unpleasant experience at the store today. Long story short I bought a tank from them, put it on my mod and within 15 minutes while using it my mod shorted out. Took it into the store to explain what happened and was met with arguments about how that's impossible and a lecture on how electricity works. I repair electronics for a living so that was a little frustrating to sit through. Regardless the issue WAS resolved after he told me it was nasty to bring in something during a pandemic even though I cleaned it with alcohol on the outside and tip before I brought it in and he didn't have a mask on while he was lecturing me.

Won't be going back but going to leave 2 stars because I'm sure if you are just looking for smoking supplies it's not a bad place to shop but I would avoid their vape hardware at all cost since they will try not to refund you if there's an issue. I get not refunding glass or eliquids for obvious reasons but other vape shops in town offer returns on malfunctioning hardware so it was a little unexpected to be met with resistance on the issue. Don't buy vape product here unless you don't mind being stuck with something that may not work or having to argue to get...

Check your receipts & statements!!! Horrible customer service I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the owner who is also the owner of 928 vape where I had previously went and bought one yocan battery for $8 and was charged three times for that battery when I called the 928 vape the guy down there told me he was going to handle the situation! And it got handled however 8 months later I walk into cool clouds smoke and vape and the owner wants to confront me telling me that he lost $8 six months ago, not sorry that American Express doesn't let you take advantage of your customers how many other people are you overcharging and they don't even know!

I stand corrected the yocan battery cube they were $14 a piece and I got two I also just called American Express and they actually send me over the transactions were it further confirms that you were paid so the only thing wrong here was the price other than that I was also employed at Debbie's dispensary from September 2022 until April 2023 so there was no defrauding...

Service is great, Wonderful and helpful employee's/ employee That usually works there 7 days a week, great glass pieces and smoking accessories, Respectful and helpful customer service cool clothing too.....
