Kohl's — Local services in Bullhead City

Every time I go into a Kohls, it’s a mess. Clothes strewn everywhere, dressing rooms full of the last person’s clothing. No one ever around to assist. Online is almost worse. Ordered several items online. Received them in three different packages. First package arrived fine. The second package had only one of the three items, even though the tracking showed all were delivered. When I did a chat (calling is next to impossible), I was told those items were unavailable for replacement, but I’d get a refund. The refund will take 7-14 days. $90 in goods I didn’t receive and I have to wait 7-14 days to get my money back. Kohls has definitely gone downhill over the years. I gave up my credit card several years ago because I got tired of trying to order something online and being told, it couldn’t be shipped to me because of my zip code. I live in a city, not out in the boondocks. Update. This company is a scam and anyone who purchases from them must be crazy. I live in Kingman so I don't get down to Bullhead often and when I do its at night. Anyways I was very surprised and disheartened to find out that one of my favorite workers there Allie was fired over a survey claim that she wasn't paying attention to a customer in the line. I can guarantee you that it wasn't the case and that she was talking to another customer and didn't see the person walking up to her register. See I work at a hardware store and it happens a lot. Its not ignoring. However my company doesn't use the reviews that come in on our surveys as a basis for termination because people do lie to be mean. Which i feel happened to Allie. Also I always see Michelle facetime and talking on her cell phone in shoes and complaining about her job while on the floor yet she is still employed there? That's not right. Allie was always hard working and happy and absolutely deserves to have her job back. I can't shop here anymore knowing the manager doesn't appreciate a hard worker and dismisses them over complete lies while letting others talk freely on...
