However I do think that for as much as you pay for Uhaul rentals the drop off locations should unload and load up the trailers when you back up to them due to the weight of the units. Rented a U-Haul trailer, one way, from Ft Meyers. U-Haul told me to drop it off at Boo Boo's. As soon as I pulled in the owner came out and told me to call U-Haul and find another place to return it because he didn't have any room. I checked out his trailer storage area and there was plenty of room. Told him that was his problem and I was going to drop off the trailer anyway. He threated to call the cops on me.
